Floor Coverings and Floor Covering Systems And Methods Of Making And Installing Same
Floor coverings having a greige good, an adhesive layer, and a secondary backing material. The greige good has a primary backing component having adjoined first and second portions, and a plurality of fibers. The secondary backing material has an attached portion and a first exposable portion, with the attached portion adhered to the first portion of the primary backing component by contact with the adhesive layer. The second portion of the primary backing component is unattached to the first exposable portion of the secondary backing material, and the first exposable portion defines a portion of the first end edge of the floor covering. The second portion of the primary backing component is selectively moveable relative to the first portion to a position in which at least a portion of the second portion of the primary backing component does not overlie the first exposable portion of the secondary backing material.
CARPET TILE
Mass production of carpet tiles can be enabled by a method for manufacturing a carpet tile by applying an adhesive layer to a carpet tile base material containing pile, the method including: a first process of mixing 15 to 25 wt. % of urethane resin glue to an acrylic foamed resin to produce 100 wt. % of a mixture, thereby obtaining an adhesive; a second process of subjecting the adhesive to viscosity adjustment to adjust viscosity thereof to 3000 to 6000 cps; and a third process of applying the adhesive to the carpet tile base material by using a screen mesh having a mesh thickness of 20 m or more and less than 100 m and an opening area ratio of 40% to 60%.
ANTI-PERSPIRANT GLOVE
A garment material having a substrate layer and a coagulated layer of polymeric foam material having an open pore structure bonded to the substrate layer, wherein a bonding agent and one or more dressing compounds is adhered to the surface of the substrate layer and/or the surface of the coagulated layer of polymeric material.
SLIP-RESISTANT MATERIAL
A slip-resistant material is disclosed. According to embodiments of the disclosure, the slip-resistant material can partially conform to the body's contours during physical activity to eliminate, or at least to reduce, slippage. The slip-resistant material can be a coated lightweight, synthetic hexagonal mesh. The slip-resistant material can also be a base wicking fabric with soft nodules formed on it. The slip-resistant material can also be a base wicking fabric with a top layer comprising nodules and pores. The slip-resistant material can also be a combination of a base wicking fabric with a polymer-based thread. The embodiments of the disclosure are safe to be worn directly against skin and are comfortable, breathable, and durable. The embodiments of the disclosure can be used as a liner between an article and the wearer's skin to hold the article in place during movement.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTING HYBRID-NATURE LEATHER HAVING EXCELLENT APPREARANCE QUALITY AND DURABILITY
A method for manufacturing hybrid-natural leather having excellent appearance quality and good durability such as light resistance, water resistance, elongation and abrasion resistance is provided. Particularly, the fiber layer having a similar structure to the natural leather is introduced to the natural leather and the natural leather and the fiber layer are bonded and fused with each other under a specific condition to manufacture hybrid-natural leather having excellent durability while preventing wrinkles, stretching, and the like from being generated.
Anti-perspirant glove
A method of making garment material, the method having the steps: applying coagulant (34) to a substrate (32); applying a foam (38) of the polymeric material to the substrate (32); allowing the coagulant (34) to coagulate some of the foam (38); and removing uncoagulated foam (38) from the substrate (32) to leave a layer of coagulated polymeric material on the substrate (32).
Thermally fusible sheet body
A thermally fusible textile fabric usable as a fusible interlining material in the textile industry includes: a backing layer having a textile material on top of which has been applied an adhesive compound structure including a polyurethane coating containing a polyurethane mixture including at least one polyester urethane, at least one polyether urethane, and at least one polycarbonate urethane. The polyurethane mixture has been at least partially crosslinked with a crosslinker including at least one isocyanate blocked with a blocking agent at at least one isocyanate group.
Printing utilizing a virtual mask
A method and apparatus for printing on an article are disclosed. An embodiment of a method may include the generation of a virtual mask that can designate areas for printing and/or designate areas to exclude from printing. A method may include utilization of the virtual mask during either 2D or 3D printing such that a print design is printed in areas designated for printing by the virtual mask.
Floor Protector
A floor protector has a pair of non-woven material layers. A film layer is bonded between the pair of non-woven material layers. The film layer provides a moisture barrier. A non-skid layer is applied on one of the non-woven material layers.
SHAPE ENHANCING GARMENTS WITH DISCONTINUOUS ELASTIC POLYMER COMPOSITION
A garment with shape enhancing function. The garment includes an elastic fabric and polymer composition to enhance shaping.
