METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SYNTHETIC LEATHER
[Problem] To provide a novel method for manufacturing synthetic leather that is colored using dye.
[Solution] A method for manufacturing synthetic leather having an outer surface layer on a base fabric, said method comprising the steps of: (i) coating a releasable base material with an outer surface layer composition containing a polyurethane resin and at least one dye selected from natural dyes and chemical dyes, and drying the coating to form an outer surface layer; and (ii) layering the outer surface layer over a base fabric.
Supercritical Fluid Rolled Or Spooled Material Finishing
Methods are directed to the use of a supercritical fluid for performing a dyeing of a material such that dye from a first material is used to dye a second material. A supercritical fluid is passed through a first material in a pressurized vessel. The supercritical fluid transports the dye from the first material to at least a second material causing a dye profile of the second material to change as a result of dye from the first material perfusing the second material.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR LIVE AREA PRINTING FOR DARK COLORED TEXTILES HAVING NOVEL COLOR-MATCHING CHARACTERISTICS
A method for live area printing for textiles includes bulk production of textile blanks having uncolored live areas incorporated thereupon. The live areas are disposed at exact positions upon the blank to correspond to a specific location upon each textile article manufactured from the blank. Manufactured textile articles are thence customizable by printing directly to the live area(s) upon demand. Color is matched using methods based on CIELAB to ensure a seamless transition between the textile article color and the background color applied to the live area.
APPARATUS, METHOD, AND SYSTEM FOR ALIGNING, STACKING, AND APPLYING CRAFT VINYL
Methods, systems, and apparatus for aligning, stacking, and applying craft vinyl are disclosed. A fabric is secured by multiple clamps to a first surface and a second surface of a box when the box is in an open configuration. The first surface has a first measurement grid affixed thereupon. The second surface has a second measurement grid affixed thereupon. The fabric is aligned to the first measurement grid and the second measurement grid. Each vinyl layer of multiple vinyl layers defining a pattern is aligned to each other vinyl layer of the multiple vinyl layers by one or more pegs located on an edge of the first surface of the box. The multiple vinyl layers are positioned on the fabric by the one or more pegs. The multiple vinyl layers are pressed onto the fabric to print the pattern onto the fabric.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, STORAGE MEDIA, AND COMPUTING PLATFORMS FOR SCANNING ITEMS AT THE POINT OF MANUFACTURING
Systems, methods, storage media, and computing platforms for scanning items at the point of manufacturing are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: receive a first set of images of an item from a first set of camera sources; detect a code in the first set of images; combine, responsive to detecting the code, along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, the first set of images into a first set of combined images; rotate parallel to the first axis; and combine along the first axis.
Method for Live Area Printing for Dark Colored Textiles
A method for live area printing for textiles includes bulk production of textile blanks having uncolored live areas incorporated thereupon. The live areas are disposed at exact positions upon the blank to correspond to a specific location upon each textile article manufactured from the blank. Manufactured textile articles are thence customizable by printing directly to the live area(s) upon demand. Color density is matched to ensure a seamless transition between the textile article color and the background color applied to the live area(s).
Functional textile fabric
The present invention refers to a method for manufacturing a functional textile product with microbicidal activity, which can preferably have a text or image in color or black and white printed on it, which is aimed at solving the problem of impregnating and fixing a microbicidal solution in simple steps and without the use of fixing or dispersing chemicals, and in another aspect that the textile fabric may also have a predetermined digital image on the surface thereof, where the image has definition, contrast and durability of the print without neglecting or affecting the microbicidal activity on the textile substrate. Preferably, without intending to limit the scope of the invention, the functional textile woven material may be bed linens such as covers, duvets and the like, clothing, articles for hospitals or the health sector, such as face covers, the industrial sector, food or any other sector that requires contagion prevention devices.
DYEING SYSTEM
A dyeing system includes a transport device that transports a transport unit including a resin body, a transfer device that transfers a dye to the resin body in a state where a base body to which the dye is adhered faces the resin body, a laser fixing device that heats the resin body to which the dye is transferred by irradiating a surface of the resin body with laser light, an oven fixing device that heats a whole of the resin body to which the dye is transferred by the transfer device, a laser-applied transport path through which the transport unit including the resin body on which the dye is to be fixed by the laser fixing device is transported, and an oven-applied transport path through which the transport unit including the resin body on which the dye is to be fixed by the oven fixing device is transported.
Paper for transfer pattern printing
The invention relates to a transfer paper (4) for use for transferring a print of ink onto a fabric, said transfer paper comprising: i) a base paper (2); ii) an additive (8) comprising a starch component, and a binding agent; wherein said starch component being a starch selected from the group comprising: unmodified starch or a modified starch or a mixture thereof; and wherein said binding agent being a binding agent selected from the group comprising: an alkyl ketene dimer, a tall oil/fumaric acid copolymer, a styrene/acrylate copolymer and an alkenyl succinic anhydride and a mixture thereof; wherein said base paper (2) comprises an amount of said additive by being impregnated therewith; and wherein said base paper (2) having a water uptake as defined by a Cobb-45 value of 10-100 g/m.sup.2 and a having a Gurley porosity of 10-140 seconds. The present invention furthermore relates to uses of the transfer paper (4).
