WATERPROOF, MOISTURE-PERMEABLE COMPOSITE NON-WOVEN FABRIC ABLE TO BLOCK VIRUSES AND BLOOD
The present invention provides a waterproof, moisture-permeable composite non-woven fabric able to block viruses and blood, and consists of a non-woven fabric, which is provided with two surfaces and has a basic weight of ≤70 g/m.sup.2; and a multi-layer breathable membrane, which is at least a three-layer co-extruded membrane. The basic weight of the multi-layer breathable membrane lies between 5˜30 g/m.sup.2 and is attached to one of the surfaces of the non-woven fabric. A powder in the multi-layer breathable membrane has a percentage by weight of 40˜60% and an extension ratio ≤300%. The present invention has characteristics including a synthetic blood permeability able to resist pressure of 2.0 psi sustainable for at least one minute, a Phi-X17 bacteriophage penetrability able to resist pressure of 2.0 psi sustainable for at least one minute, and a moisture capacity ≥1500 g/m.sup.2.Math.24 hr.
MASK MADE OF KNITTED FABRIC
A mask made of knitted fabric includes a knitted cloth and two ear loops. The two ear loops are knitted together with the knitted cloth and are respectively located on two sides of the knitted cloth. The knitted cloth is composed of a double-layer knitted structure and a single-layer knitted structure. The double-layer knitted structure is a basis of the knitted cloth. The single-layer knitted structure defines at least one bending line, the single-layer knitted structure is only connected to one of two surface layer textures to which the double-layer knitted structure belongs, and whether the bending line is a valley fold line or a mountain fold line is determined by connection between the single-layer knitted structure and the double-layer knitted structure.
BIOMINERALIZATION-INSPIRED SYNTHESIS OF MICROSCALE-URCHIN WITH ZINC-OXIDE NANO-SPICULES FOR SUPER-HYDROPHILIC BACTERICIDAL SURFACES
The present invention relates to a fiber-nanowire composite-based sheet having super-amphiphilic characteristics. In the present invention, fibers including metal nanoparticles or metal oxide nanoparticles embedded in the fibers or located on the surface of the fibers are synthesized, and a sheet based on a composite in which metal nanowires or metal oxide nanowires have been grown from the above fibers is provided.
A sheet of the present invention has super-amphiphilic characteristics and can be used in various fields such as the antibacterial filter field, the antibacterial film field, the antiviral filter field, the antiviral film field, the antifouling coating field, the drug delivery vehicle field, or the water treatment filter field.
Laundry-resistant heterogeneous-material antimicrobial protective fabric manufacturing system
This invention relates to a functional textile manufacturing system. This system uses weaving equipment, dyeing and finishing equipment, shaping equipment, evaporation equipment, lamination equipment, roll adhesion equipment and printing equipment for production. Weaving equipment, dyeing and finishing equipment and shaping equipment are used for weaving, dyeing, washing and shaping to process low-cost polyester fibers into shaped fabric. Then, the evaporation equipment is used to evaporate a metal onto a plane release film to form a metal evaporation release film, and the lamination equipment, roll adhesion equipment and printing equipment are used to laminate the shaped fabric and the metal evaporation release film and to adhere a printed layer on the functional thin film. Such a manufacturing system can produce laundry resistant unconventional material antimicrobial protective fabric that features special temperature control, antimicrobial, waterproof, breathable, scratch resistant properties, as well as comfortable feeling.
Warp-knitted elastic perforated fabric and elastic perforated compression bandage
Two-sided warp-knitted fabrics having perforations possessing elastic qualities are usable in the medical industry for making warming products such as belts, bands, and compression bandages. A fabric includes, in its warp, wales having a closed-chain weave made of synthetic threads with elastomeric threads disposed inside of the wales, and, in its weft, thread systems made of a wool yarn or a yarn including wool, and, for a bandage, thread systems made of a natural yarn and/or an artificial yarn and/or a synthetic yarn. One system forms the front side and the other forms the back side of the fabric. The fabric has sections with weft threads missing in the courses of the fabric, and in the place of the weft threads are perforations, the minimal width of each perforation being equal to the distance between wales. A breathable fabric is produced suitable for making the aforementioned medical products.
Therapeutic Thiazine Dye Compositions and Methods of Use
Therapeutic bactericidal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, blood clotting, and regenerative compositions comprising thiazine dye and phosphoric acid.
Charge-generating thread for bacterium-countermeasure, cloth for bacterium-countermeasure, cloth, clothing article, medical member, charge-generating thread that acts on living body, and charge-generating thread for substance-adsorption
A piezoelectric thread that includes a core thread; and a piezoelectric film wound around the core thread. The piezoelectric thread is constructed to generate a charge by energy imparted from outside of the piezoelectric thread.
PUFF STERILIZATION PATCH
The present invention relates to a puff sterilization patch and, particularly, to a puff sterilization patch which is manufactured in the form of a net or fabric by using yarns made of copper having sterilizing power and can be attached to a cosmetic container so as to sterilize a puff. To this end, the present invention comprises: a pad layer formed by weaving wefts and warps into a net, wherein the wefts mainly comprise yarns made of copper and are arranged at regular intervals, and the warps mainly comprise yarns made of a synthetic resin material and are arranged at regular intervals: and an adhesive layer provided on the underside surface of the pad layer.
