SHAPE MEMORY MATERIAL GARMENTS
Textiles and garments comprising shape memory materials are disclosed herein. Such garments can include intimate apparel.
COMPOSITE YARN, FABRIC THEREOF AND BRASSIERE
A fabric includes an inner textile layer, an outer textile layer, and a middle textile layer. The inner textile layer includes a plurality of microfiber yarns and a plurality of elastic fiber yarns. The outer textile layer includes a plurality of composite yams. The middle textile layer is between the inner textile layer and the outer textile layer and has a plurality of wave-like polyester fiber yarns. Further, the outer textile layer includes a first weaving region and a second weaving region. The content of the composite yarns in the first weaving region is greater than the content of the composite yarns in the second weaving region.
Knit Bra
Aspects herein are directed to a bra having a front portion with a double-knit structure having different ratios of float stitches to tuck stitches within intermediate courses within the double-knit structure. The front portion includes a Y-shaped region and a first breast-contacting region, where intermediate courses have a greater ratio of float stitches to tuck stitches within the Y-shaped region than within the first breast-contacting region.
Melt spun multifilaments based on thermoplastic polyurethane, their production and use
The invention relates to melt spun multifilaments based on thermoplastic polyurethane, their production and the use of said melt spun multifilaments to produce technical textiles and clothing such as socks, stockings, compression textiles like medical bandage, surgical hose, orthopedic elastic bandage, sport textiles, underwear etc.
GARMENT
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a biological information measurement garment having excellent peel strength between a clothing fabric including spun yarns and an electrode. The garment includes a clothing fabric; and an electrode formed on a skin-side surface of the clothing fabric, the clothing fabric including spun yarns present on the skin-side surface on which the electrode is formed, and each of the spun yarns satisfying a following formula (1):
F/(0.8673/√Ne)<4500 (1), wherein F represents a number of fluffy fibers (fibers/10 m) having a length of 1 mm or more, per 10 m of the spun yarn, and Ne represents an English yarn count of the spun yarn.
Underwear, and System and Method of Producing Underwear
Underwear or undergarment, particularly for a female wearer. A seamless knitted-yarn tubular blank is produced and is rotated; a front-side partial-cut is introduced, and a rear-side partial-cut is introduced; thereby forming two leg openings and one waist opening. Optionally, an elastic-free lace band is seamlessly glued or bonded or attached to the region that borders the waist opening. The underwear can be manufactured from a single, seamless, tubular knitted-yarn blank, without leaving or removing or discarding any fabric residues.
PACKAGE OF ABSORBENT ARTICLES UTILIZING A SHAPED NONWOVEN
A package of personal care articles. Each of the personal care articles has a nonwoven substrate as a component. The nonwoven substrate can have a first surface defining a plane of the first surface and a non-regular pattern of a plurality of three-dimensional features extending outwardly from the plane of the first surface. The non-regular pattern can include a first zone of first three-dimensional features and a second zone of second three-dimensional features, wherein in at least one of the first or second zones of the plurality of three-dimensional features has a first three-dimensional feature having a first intensive property and a second three-dimensional feature having a second, different intensive property. The personal care articles can be compressed in the package.
KNITTED FABRIC STRUCTURE, SOCKS, ARM COVER, LEGGINGS, AND SHIRT
A knitted fabric structure that includes a piezoelectric yarn having a piezoelectric material that produces a surface potential by input of an external force from an outside of the piezoelectric yarn; and an elastic yarn having stretchability knitted together with the piezoelectric yarn, wherein the piezoelectric yarn has a mixing ratio of 5% or more based on a whole of the knitted fabric structure.
Antimicrobial fibers
The invention provides an antimicrobial fiber which exhibits excellent antimicrobial properties even without the addition of antimicrobial agents and can remain antimicrobial even after repeated washing. The antimicrobial fiber comprises a fiber having on a surface thereof a polyacetal copolymer (X) containing oxyalkylene groups, the molar amount of oxyalkylene groups in the polyacetal copolymer (X) being 0.2 to 5 mol % relative to the total of the molar amount of oxymethylene groups and the molar amount of oxyalkylene groups.
WOVEN TRIM PIECE
A woven trim piece is provided that utilizes “grip” yarns in the warp direction to increase the coefficient of friction of the trim piece. The grip yarns are interlaced with a plurality of filling yarns to form a repeating pattern of floats on a first face of the trim piece, such that a high percentage of the first face of the trim piece comprises grip yarns.
