SEWING METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR DUVET

This application provides a sewing method and structure for a duvet, and the sewing method includes the following steps: first, stacking base cloth, a plurality pieces of retractable cloth and a plurality pieces of connection cloth together in sequence to form a duvet unit; then aligning two duvet units, and sewing the connection cloth on the two duvet units together in a one-to-one correspondence; and finally sewing perimeters of two pieces of the base cloth together in a one-to-one correspondence to form a closed down space. A beneficial effect of this invention is that downs in the duvet cannot run out from the gaps.

The gauze fabric includes surface layer, back layer, and at least one middle layer, wherein the surface layer is composed of non-twisted yarns, wherein the back layer is composed of non-twisted yarns, wherein the at least one middle layer is composed of twisted yarns, and wherein the surface layer and the back layer are directly and/or indirectly joined together.

METHOD TO RECYCLE POLYESTER-BASED NONWOVEN TO STAPLE FIBER

Contrary to packagings or bottles made of pure materials like PET, nonwovens usually consist of a mix of materials and are as such difficult to include in a recycling process. The present invention relates to a method for recycling polyester-based nonwovens comprising 5 to 50% of PET/coPET low melt staple fibers into polyester staple fibers (PSF), and further including these fibers into new nonwovens for a large variety of articles for applications in virtually any technical field.

A woven textile fabric, the fabric including: a warp yarn with a yarn count of 20 s to 60 s including a blend of a cotton, a recycled cotton and a recycled polyester; and a weft yarn with a yarn count of 20 s to 60 s including a blend of a cotton, a recycled cotton and a recycled polyester, wherein the total content of the recycled cotton in the fabric is at least about 15%, further wherein the fabric exhibits rating of 3 or above when the fabric is tested for pilling after 1000 rubs. The advantageous fabric realized in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure has excellent wrinkle resistance, high tensile strength, and low pilling.

NONWOVEN RECYCLABLE FABRIC AND ASSOCIATED METHODS

A nonwoven recyclable fabric and associated methods are provided. The fabric is formed from 100% polyester, and may also include surface coatings such as hydrophilic coatings to promote heat transfer as well moisture vapor transmission rates and/or a silicone coating to promote fabric smoothness and reduce abrasiveness of the fabric.

Antenna for use in an RFID tag

An antenna for use in an RFID tag comprises an antenna yarn. The antenna yarn comprises metal fibers. The metal fibers are stainless steel fibers. The antenna yarn is wrapped by at least one wrapping yarn thereby covering the full surface of the antenna yarn or of the metal wire or of the bundle of metal wires. The at least one wrapping yarn comprises non-electrically conductive fibers.

A process is described wherein pile yarn is woven with cotton weft and warp yarns to produce terry fabrics, such as towels. The fabric is then washed in warm water to dissolve the PVA fibers. The amount of fibers dissolved, depends upon the count of the yarn or yarns used. By dissolving the PVA fibers, a hollow air space is produced throughout the pile yarn, corresponding to an increase in the air space in the pile yarn. By increasing the air space in the pile yarn, the resulting towels are softer and bulkier than standard cotton towels. The present invention further relates to pile yarn in terry woven fabric (warp yarn), or weft yarn, in the case of flat fabrics.

The invention relates to a fabric. The fabric (10) comprises, in the fabric material, threads (11a1, 12a1; 13a1, 14a1) of a material conducting electricity well, by means of which electro-magnetic radiation and magnetic fields are filtered. The threads (11a1, 12a1; 13a1, 14a1) are placed next to each other. Furthermore, the threads are wound around their winding axes (X1, X2; Y1, Y2) so that the first thread (11a1, 13a1) in the fabric is wound clockwise, and the second thread (12a1, 14a1) next to it is wound counterclockwise.
