PRESSURE THERAPY METHODS AND DEVICES FOR TREATING SPASTICITY
A method and related systems for treating and/or preventing spasticity in a patient using negative pressure therapy. The negative pressure therapy may include intermittent application of negative pressure to a limb or portion of a body, such as alternating between periods of negative pressure and ambient pressure. The negative pressure therapy may be applied on a regular basis for a predetermined period, such that an effective amount of negative pressure for treating spasticity and other symptoms of neurogenerative diseases is administered. The negative pressure therapy may be applied to cause intermittent activation of the venous arterial reflex in the body for a sustained period, such that symptoms of neurogenerative diseases are alleviated or prevented.
EXTERNAL EAR CANAL PRESSURE REGULATION DEVICE
An external ear canal pressure regulation device including a fluid flow generator, an earpiece having an axial earpiece bore, and a valved conduit fluidicly coupled to the fluid flow generator and the axial earpiece bore, whereby the earpiece has a compliant earpiece external surface configured to sealably engage an external ear canal as a barrier between an external ear canal pressure and an ambient pressure.
Swinging touch massage device
A swinging touch massage device includes a housing and a swing member received in the housing, the swing member including a rotary motor, a reversing member and a swing rod, two opposite ends of the reversing member respectively connected with the rotary motor and the swing rod, the reversing member configured to convert a rotary motion of the rotary motor into a reciprocating swing of the swing rod; a massage protrusion is arranged at one end of the swing rod away from the reversing member, and protrudes outwardly from a surface of the housing to swing back and forth with the swing rod. The massage device provides swing touch massage and improve massage experience without being jammed.
MASSAGE CHAIR HAVING AN IMPROVED ARMREST AND SHOULDER SLIDING MECHANISM, WIRELESS CHARGER, HAMMERING DEVICES, AND OXYGEN GENERATION
The present invention is directed to a massage chair having a massage chair frame, a massage system, and a noise-reducing, enclosure device. The frame includes a first end, a second end, a seat body area portion, and a back body area portion. The massage system includes at least one air massage element, an air pump, and at least one air valve device for regulating air flow into and out of the air massage element. The enclosure device includes an enclosure housing and noise-reducing material positioned inside the housing. The housing encloses the air pump and air valve device(s) during operation such that noise generated from or made by the air pump and air valve device(s) during operation is reduced, contained or eliminated. The present invention may include additional features: armrest sliding, shoulder airbag sliding, media player holder, virtual reality player, wireless charger, hammering devices, heating acupuncture devices, and oxygen generator.
Foot wrap with inflatable bladder
A foot wrap (10) has a generally non-stretchable, flexible binding (11), a generally stretchable panel (12) coupled to the binding, an expandable, rotatable bladder (14), and a support pad (16) coupled to the binding opposite the bladder (14). The binding has a central portion (19) straddled by a first wing (21), a second wing (22), and an elastic heel band (23). The bladder measures approximately 3 inches by 3 inches and is designed to increase in height approximately 1½ to 1¾ inches with its inflation.
STIMULATION DEVICE
These objects are solved with a stimulation device for stimulating sensitive body parts such as, in particular, the clitoris, having a pressure field generating device with a hollow body, an application opening formed in the hollow body for application on the sensitive body part, and a movable structure provided at least in or on a section of the hollow body and adapted to cause, by virtue of its mobility, a change in the volume of the hollow body between a minimum value and a maximum value in such a way that a stimulating pressure field is generated in the application opening (8), and a drive device which is designed to apply an alternating reciprocal movement to the movable structure in order to generate the stimulating pressure field in the application opening, wherein the movable structure has a tapered body with a tapered first section which is closed, an open second section into the hollow body, and a peripheral wall which is located between the first section and the second section and, at least in sections, is substantially stair- or step-shaped.
CUP ATTACHMENT FOR MASSAGER
Systems and methods described herein relate to a cup attachment for an electric percussive massager. The cup attachment may be configured for use in performing cupping therapy on a recipient using the massager. The cup attachment may include a cup region and an inner frame. The cup attachment may be made out of a flexible material. The inner frame may be made out of a rigid material. The cup attachment may include a ring portion which may deliver a direct-force cupping therapy when applied to a recipient. The cup attachment may also include a cavity which may deliver an indirect-force, air-pressure-based, cupping therapy when applied to a recipient.
Pneumatic somatosensory stimulation device and method
A device for providing tactile stimulation of a subject via a pulse of compressible fluid, typically for medical diagnostic and therapeutic applications. The device preferably includes a high pressure fluid source and a low pressure fluid source. A pressure valve selectively connects the pressure sources to an outlet conduit. The outlet conduit includes an applicator for directing pulses against the skin of a subject. The pulses may be applied via one applicator or a plurality of applicators, and may be applied in one pattern or several patterns at various application sites. A method of providing tactile stimulation is also disclosed.
DEVICES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVING SCALP HEALTH
According to some embodiments, a method of promoting hair growth or hair stimulation in a subject comprises applying vacuum or suction using a handpiece assembly along a targeted portion of the subject's skin surface where hair growth or hair stimulation is desired and providing at least one treatment material to said targeted portion of the subject's skin surface, wherein the application of vacuum or suction helps promote hair growth or stimulate hair.
ANTI-DROWSINESS DEVICE
An anti-drowsiness device includes a head cover; an electroencephalograph, which is formed on the head cover, the electroencephalograph receiving the brain-waves all the time and generating a sleep-detection signal when a specific frequency, which shows drowsiness, is received, and an electrostimulator, which is formed on the head cover, the electrostimulator generating electrostimulation when receiving the sleep-detection signal.
