VIBRATING THERAPY SYSTEM AND DEVICE
A vibration therapy device that includes a housing that includes a handle portion, a head portion and a module seat defined on the head portion, an electrical source, a motor positioned in the housing, a switch for activating the motor, a push rod assembly operatively connected to the motor and configured to reciprocate in response to activation of the motor, and a therapy module removably secured to the module seat. The distal end of the push rod assembly is configured to removably receive a reciprocating attachment thereon. The therapy module at least partially surrounds the distal end of the push rod assembly.
VIBRATING GARMENT ASSEMBLY INCLUDING LINEAR MOTORS
A garment assembly that includes a garment member with an inner surface and an outer surface, a power source, and at least a first linear motor positioned adjacent the inner surface of the garment member. The first linear motor is electrically coupled to the power source and includes a shaft member that includes a magnet. A distal end of the shaft member is configured to reciprocate against the inner surface of the garment member.
WEARABLE APPARATUS FOR THE TREATMENT OR PREVENTION OF OSTEOPENIA AND OSTEOPOROSIS, STIMULATING BONE GROWTH, PRESERVING OR IMPROVING BONE MINERAL DENSITY, AND INHIBITING ADIPOGENESIS
A wearable apparatus for the treatment or prevention of osteopenia or osteoporosis, stimulating bone growth, preserving or improving bone mineral density, and inhibiting adipogenesis is disclosed where the apparatus may generally comprise one or more vibrating elements configured for imparting repeated mechanical loads to the hip, femur, and/or spine of an individual at a frequency and acceleration sufficient for therapeutic effect. These vibrating elements may be secured to the upper body of an individual via one or more respective securing mechanisms, where the securing mechanisms are configured to position the one or more vibrating elements in a direction lateral to the individual, and the position, tension, and efficacy of these vibrating elements may be monitored and/or regulated by one or more accelerometers.
HAIR TREATMENT SYSTEM WITH PROXIMITY SENSORS TO DETECT SCALP OR HAIR DISTANCE AND LOCALITY
A device comprises a treatment system to treat scalp or hair; one or more sensors configured to detect at least one spatial condition selected from device contact with scalp or hair, device distance to scalp or hair, and device location in relation to scalp or hair; a controller configured to send instructions to adjust the treatment system based on the detected spatial condition of the device.
DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REDUCING HEADACHE PAIN
A device for stimulating at least one cranial nerve and/or spinal nerve is described. The device includes a vibratory motor, and an earpiece, wherein the earpiece is molded substantially to fit within the external ear canal and contacting the concha of a subject's ear. The present invention provides a method of reducing migraine headache, trigeminal neuropathy pain, normalize breathing, normalize blood pressure, induce sleep, increase salivation, improve vertigo, nausea, and visual dysfunction. A method for non invasive neuromodulation includes the steps of positioning a vibratory earpiece within an external ear canal of a subject, applying vibrational energy through the vibratory earpiece to stimulate mechanoreceptors of sensory fibers on cranial nerves 5, 7, 9 and 10, and cervical nerves C2 and C3, and regulating the subject's breathing and blood pressure simultaneously based on the stimulation. Further, the present invention provides a method for treating sleep-disturbed breathing and autonomic disorders.
Impact massager
An improved impact massager includes two impact force modules and a main circuit board in a chassis. An electromagnetic component and a cushioning element are coaxially provided in a heat sink of each impact force module. A drive rod of a drive component group is connected to an impact rod. A coupler of a transmission assembly is connected to the coupling seat with an oscillating coil provided therein and electrically connected with the main circuit board. When the oscillating coil and the magnetic core ring are coaxially positioned and displaced with respect to each other, the magnetic core ring does not interact with the oscillating coil, no current is generated by the oscillating coil and the main circuit board is in a power-off state, such that no power is transmitted to the electromagnetic component and motions are inhibited under no-load condition.
PENILE HOLDER
A penile holder device includes a base, a riser attached to the base at a central portion of the base, the riser including a holder support and an open channel through an upper portion of the riser and a holder having an attachment portion complementary to the holder support in the riser. A holder portion extends horizontally from a top edge of the attachment portion. The attachment portion includes a slot and an attachment portion front edge is in a same plane as holder portion front edge. A locking mechanism can lock the holder in a chosen position relative to the riser. The holder can also tilt and the holder device can include a scale (configured, for example, in the riser) used to trigger a notification when a threshold amount of pressure is placed on the holder portion.
Portable massage device
An improved portable massage device includes a first housing including a plurality of acupressure protrusions formed on an upper surface thereof and spaced apart from each other. The portable massage device further includes a battery supplying power, a motor connected to the battery to be turned on/off, and a rotating member mounted to surround the motor. In addition, the portable massage device includes a shield plate provided on the rotating member, at least one magnet detachably attached to the shield plate so that the shield plate vibrates when the motor rotates, a case accommodating the motor, a first switch connected to and controlling the battery to be turned on/off, and a second housing detachably combined with the first housing. The battery and the case are accommodated in the first housing or the second housing.
Therapeutic handheld devices for disorders
A handheld device for applying mechanical vibration to a body portion of an individual to treat a dry eye condition of the individual, includes: a housing; a member having a first portion accommodated in the housing, and a second portion that is moveable relative to the housing, wherein the second portion is for placement outside the individual, and is configured to oscillate to apply the mechanical vibration to the body portion, the member having an elongated configuration; and a motor in the housing, the motor configured to oscillate the member at an oscillation frequency sufficient to induce tear production when the second portion of the member is applied towards a surface of the body portion.
