A plurality of warp threads includes total N adjacent tightening threads each repeats crossing over N second legs at a side of the first tape-surface and crossing over the weft thread at a side of the second tape-surface so as to tighten the coil-shaped element to the weft thread. Said N indicates a natural number equal to or greater than 2. Each tightening thread includes an exposed portion that crosses over the weft thread and is exposed at a side of the second tape-surface. As the N adjacent tightening threads extend, the respective exposed portions of the tightening threads appear at a side of the second tape-surface one-by-one alternately or one-by-one sequentially.

SHEET MEMBER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SHEET MEMBER

An object of the invention is to provide a technique for even more firmly joining metal threads of a metal fabric together. A sheet member is formed from a metal fabric that is woven from metal warp threads and metal weft threads such that the metal warp threads and the metal weft threads alternately cross each other, the metal warp threads and the metal weft threads individually including a linear metal strand made of a metal and a coating portion that covers a circumference of the metal strand. The sheet member includes a welded portion where the coating portions of the metal warp threads and the coating portions of the metal weft threads are joined together at crossing portions of the metal warp threads and the metal weft threads.

ANTISLIP SHEET MATERIAL HAVING TAPES AND MONOFILAMENTS

A sheet of material with an anti-skid surface, suitable for use as a roofing underlayment or wrapper, comprises a scrim made of woven plastic tapes with monofilaments that are round in cross-section and have a diameter larger than the thickness of the plastic tapes interwoven with the tapes. The monofilaments form ridges on the sheet material that impart an enhanced coefficient of friction to it. The monofilaments may be incorporated in the weave in the warp or weft directions or both.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEATING SHEET AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SAME

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heating sheet, the method comprising the steps of: a) weaving a weft including a carbon-coated weft W1 and a normal weft W2 and a warp including a metal wire into a fabric; b) cutting the woven fabric and connecting a power supply line to an electrode lead part by using, as the electrode lead part, a portion where the metal wire is located at the end of the cut fabric; and c) shielding the entire sheet-type fabric including the fabric and the power supply line by coating the same with an outer sheath, wherein, in step a), the carbon-coated weft W1 and the normal weft W2 satisfy formula 1 below:

0.2d.sub.1/d.sub.20.8[Formula 1]

[In formula 1, d.sub.1 is the denier of the carbon-coated weft W1 and d.sub.2 is the denier of the normal weft W2.]

Fabric structure with cellular construction

A fabric structure (1) having a cellular construction. The fabric structure comprises at least one base layer (6) consisting of warp threads (10), at least one top layer (7) consisting of warp threads (11) and weft threads (2) placed in between, wherein the fabric structure (1) is formed by a multiplicity of three-dimensional cells (3, 9) and the height (8) of each individual cell (3, 9) is defined by the spacing (8) between two warp threads (10, 11), located above the other in height direction z, in adjacent layers (6, 7), the length (12) of the cell (3, 9) is defined by the spacing (12) between two warp threads (10) or (11) adjacent in the weft direction x, in one layer (6, 7) and the width (13, 14) of a cell (3, 9) is defined by the extent (13) of the weft thread course in the warp direction y and/or the spacing (14) between the two weft threads (2) that are opposite in the warp direction y and adjacent to the particular cell (9). According to the invention, each weft thread (2) extends at least regionally in the fabric structure (1) in a dimensionally stable and three-dimensional manner and winds in the weft direction x about this axis (4) an imaginary, three-dimensional elongate hollow body, extending through the cells (3), having any desired end face (5). The weft threads (2) intersect the warp threads (10, 11) such that the weft threads (2) and warp threads (10, 11) retain one another and the fabric structure (1) is self-supporting.
