ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR WITH MULTIPLE LAYERS, RETENTION SYSTEM FOR AN ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE
One aspect of the present disclosure provides a knitted component forming an overfoot portion and an underfoot portion of an article of footwear. The knitted component may include a first layer defining a void and a second layer second layer at least partially surrounding the first layer. The second layer may form an outer surface on the overfoot portion and the underfoot portion, and a portion of the first layer may be continuous with a portion of the second layer in an ankle region of the knitted component. An interstitial space may be formed between the first layer and the second layer, and a component may be disposed between the first layer and the second layer.
Knit sock with targeted compression zone
A knit sock includes a foot portion having an upper instep area and a lower sole area integrally knit of a body yarn in circumferential courses and axial wales. The lower sole area defines inner and outer arch regions. The inner arch region incorporates a targeted compression zone adapted to reside generally adjacent an inner arch of a wearer's foot. The compression zone includes axially extending compression ridges of variable length spaced apart from a top of the compression zone to a bottom of the compression zone. When the sock is worn, a compression force applied by the foot portion within the targeted compression zone is greater than the compression force in directly adjacent areas of said foot portion.
EPIDERMIS MATERIAL FOR VEHICLE SEAT
A cover material for a vehicle seat provides favorable touch while utilizing the texture of a leather material. A cover material for a vehicle seat includes: a leather portion made of natural leather or artificial leather; and a mesh fabric portion bonded to the back side of the leather portion.
Laminated cloth
Provided is a laminated body, said laminated body being a laminated cloth the back surface of which has excellent properties against tangling and abrasion and good separability from the skin and which has a good texture and a favorable appearance and is comfortable to wear when made into clothing. The laminated cloth includes a front surface layer, a middle layer and a back surface layer, said layers being stacked one on another, wherein: the front surface layer comprises one member selected from the group consisting of a woven fabric, a knitted fabric and a non-woven fabric; the middle layer comprises a resin film or a non-woven fabric; and the back surface layer comprises a circular knitted fabric in which filament yarn of 60 dtex or less is used at least in part thereof and which is configured from knitting stitches and tack stitches, 9 to 72 said tack stitches being disposed per area of 12 wales×12 courses.
Seamless ridge reinforced glove
A seamless knitted glove that includes a knitted ridge is disclosed. Methods for forming the glove are disclosed.
COMFORT HOSIERY WITH SEAMLESS CUSHIONED AREA
A garment constructed by a cylinder knitting machine with a comfort quality area on or near the foot area, created by a different method of knitting from the rest of the tight. The difference between the quality of the leg and comfort portion of the garment (i.e., tights) consists of the use of a different needle movement and/or knitting tool, but is not limited to just that. Additionally, the fiber may also differ in the comfort area as compared to the leg area of the tights in order to reach different end results.
ARTILE OF FOOTWEAR INCORPORATING A KNITTED COMPONENT HAVING FLOATED PORTIONS
An article of footwear may include an upper incorporating a knitted component formed of unitary knit construction. The knitted component includes portions having extended floated portions to distribute forces acting on the knitted component and resist stretching of the knitted component when the article of footwear is worn during a sport or athletic activity.
Clothing Article Having Terry Cloth adjacent to Non-Terry Cloth
A garment for a human wearer includes: a terry garment-region having terry-knit cloth; and a non-terry garment-region having non-terry-knit cloth. The terry garment-region is directly bordering and adjacent to the non-terry garment-region. The terry garment-region and the non-terry garment-region are a seamless continuation of each other. Similarly, a continuous fabric for making clothes includes: a terry fabric-region having terry-knit cloth, and an adjacent and immediately bordering non-terry fabric-region having non-terry-knit cloth. Optionally, TPU or PVC elements or plastic elements are embedded within the terry garment-region, or within the non-terry garment-region; or such elements cover, or are covered by, the terry garment-region or the non-terry garment-region.
SOCK
A sock 1 according to the invention is provided with an outer low-elasticity portion 7 having a length extending from a region near a base part of a fifth toe to a region near an outer malleolus part 3a via an outer face, and a width extending from a region near a first toe side of a fourth toe on an instep side to a region near a first toe side of the fifth toe on a volar side, an upper taping low-elasticity portion 8 formed in a direction substantially toward an inner malleolus part 3b side from a portion between the ankle and the region near the first toe side of the fourth toe in the outer low-elasticity portion 7 on the instep side, and an upper ankle low-elasticity portion 10 formed in the upper ankle part in a circumferential direction.
ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR INCORPORATING A KNITTED COMPONENT WITH A TONGUE
The present disclosure provides an upper for an article of footwear. The upper may include a knit element defining a portion of at least one of an exterior surface of the upper and an opposite interior surface of the upper. The interior surface may define a void. A tongue and the knit element may have a common yarn, and the tongue may extend through a throat area of the upper. The tongue may comprise a lateral edge, a medial edge, and a forward portion. At least one of the lateral edge and the medial edge of the tongue may be unsecured to the knit element. The tongue and the knit element may comprise a common yarn at least at the forward portion of the tongue.
