KNITTED CAPACITIVE TOUCH SENSOR AND CAPACITIVE TOUCH SENSOR (ACTIVE) TEXTILE

A warp-knitted capacitive touch sensor system includes conductive and non-conductive yarns using interlooped stitches that are interlaced, intertwined, and/or spliced into a single conductive pathway having only two connection points to the electronic interface device, across a desired width or length of the textile material.

A method of suturing includes: (1) wrapping a first segment of a suture through a traction loop; (2) pulling the traction loop and the first segment through an opening in a suture lock; (3) continuing to pull the traction loop such that a second segment of the suture extends through the opening, wherein the second segment has a greater denier than the first segment such that the second segment more nearly fills an entire dimension of the opening than the first segment; and (4) locking the suture in place with the second segment in the opening.

MOP CLEANING CLOTH AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
20210340698 · 2021-11-04 · ·

The present invention provides a mop cleaning cloth and a method for manufacturing the same. The mop cleaning cloth comprises, sequentially from bottom to top, a base cloth layer, a water-absorption layer and a dirt removal layer. The dirt removal layer is formed by high terry fabrics and low terry fabrics. The ratio of the terry height of the high terry fabrics to the terry height of the low terry fabrics is 1.1-5:1. The high terry fabrics have a terry height of 2-20 mm and low terry fabrics have a terry height of 1-10 mm. The water-absorption layer is formed by a water-absorption fabric made from water-absorption fibers. The base cloth layer is formed by a terry fabric. The manufacturing method is simple, and the mop cleaning cloth is easy to manufacture and has the advantages of being small in resistance, high in water absorptivity and dirt collection and removal capacity, and the like.

TUBULAR DOUBLE-NEEDLE BED WARP KNITTING MACHINE
20230383445 · 2023-11-30 ·

A tubular double-needle bed warp knitting machine includes a let-off mechanism, a knitting element, and a take-up and batching device. The knitting element includes guide needles in a circular pattern, two circular needle beds arranged internally and externally, knitting needles in a circular pattern along the internal and external needle beds, and knitting components that move in coordination with the knitting needles. Some of the guide needles form loops on the internal and external circular needle beds, while other guide needles alternately form loops on the internal and external circular needle beds to connect sections of the two fabric pieces to create a three-dimensional tubular fabric. The formed three-dimensional tubular fabric exits the knitting area through the traction of the take-up and batching device. The tubular double-needle warp knitting machine simplifies production processes of tubular double-needle warp knitted fabrics and leverages the advantages of tubular fabrics to optimize product performance.
