COMPRESSION GARMENT THAT IS EASY TO SLIP ON/OFF
A compression garment that is easy to slip on/off comprising a compression knitted piece comprising at least one stitch ground yarn and at least one elastic yarn, in particular inlaid yarn, and at least one hairy yarn knitted into the knitted piece so that the knitted piece has, according to all or part of its inner face and of its outer face, hairs projecting from the latter, said hairs being configured so as to be oriented in the direction in which the knitted piece is slipped on and/or off.
Method for forming a barbed suture and the barbed suture thus obtained
The invention relates to a method for forming a barbed suture (10) comprising: a) producing a knit by knitting together i) a set of chain stitch yarns (1) producing chain stitches and ii) a set of monofilament weft yarns completing weft stitches with at least one of said chain stitches, thereby producing at least one weft stitched chain stitch (6), b) cutting the knit along the warp direction on both sides of said weft stitched chain stitch, so as to isolate said weft stitched chain stitch from the rest of the produced knit, the chain stitch yarn of said at least one weft stitched chain stitch forming the elongate body (9) of the barbed suture and the monofilament cuts (7) extending from said weft stitches of said one weft stitched chain stitch forming the barbs (8) of said barbed suture.
ELASTICALLY DEFORMABLE STRING
A string includes an outer layer and a core material placed inside the outer layer, wherein: the outer layer comprises knob parts that are constituted by outer layer yarns woven loosely, and link parts that are constituted by outer layer yarns woven densely and also having a smaller diameter than the knob parts, wherein the knob parts of the outer layer are elastically deformable; and the core material is constituted by a stretchable string and placed inside the knob parts in a slackened and/or meandering state. The above string features an elastically deformable string that does not require knots, is to allow the string, after it has been deformed, to restore its original shape by stronger elastic forces.
Removable pouch for attachment to the back of an exercise garment
A removable pouch assembly for attaching a storage pouch to the back of a sports bra.
Variable denier yarn and suture
A method of suturing includes: (1) wrapping a first segment of a suture through a traction loop; (2) pulling the traction loop and the first segment through an opening in a suture lock; (3) continuing to pull the traction loop such that a second segment of the suture extends through the opening, wherein the second segment has a greater denier than the first segment such that the second segment more nearly fills an entire dimension of the opening than the first segment; and (4) locking the suture in place with the second segment in the opening.
FREE-CUT WARP-KNITTED ELASTIC FABRIC WITH HIDDEN CROSS STRIPE AND METHOD FOR KNITTING THEREOF
The present invention discloses a free-cut warp-knitted elastic fabric with a hidden cross stripe and a method for knitting thereof. The method includes: making a non-elastic yarn pass across a guide needle of the first guide bar and form the surface of the fabric by knitting via three needles in an open warp sateen loop mode, and making an elastic yarn pass across a guide needle of the second guide bar and form the inside of the fabric by knitting with the aforementioned non-elastic yarn in the same direction via three needles in an open warp sateen loop mode. The warp-knitted fabric provided by the present invention can be arbitrarily cut, does not ravel easily, is free of hemming-stitch, and has a hidden cross stripe effect.
A KNITTED FABRIC
A knitted fabric, including: a front face and a rear face, wherein the front face includes a first plurality of fibres of at least one of a first colour, a first colour combination, a first material and a first material combination, and the rear face includes a second plurality of fibres of at least one of a second colour, a second colour combination, a second material and a second material combination, the fabric having a knit pattern wherein the first plurality of fibres are at least partially separated from the second plurality of fibres, such that the front face is visually different when compared to the rear face.
Knitted fabric
A knitted fabric, including: a front face and a rear face, wherein the front face includes a first plurality of fibres of at least one of a first colour, a first colour combination, a first material and a first material combination, and the rear face includes a second plurality of fibres of at least one of a second colour, a second colour combination, a second material and a second material combination, the fabric having a knit pattern wherein the first plurality of fibres are at least partially separated from the second plurality of fibres, such that the front face is visually different when compared to the rear face.
COMPOSITE SPACER FABRIC
A composite spacer fabric comprises an outer flat warp-knitted fabric layer having openings each formed by a respective plurality of stitches and an inner flat warp-knitted fabric layer also having openings that are each formed by a respective plurality of stitches. The second warp-knitted fabric layer further has at least a first and a second yarn system. The yarns of the first yarn system run in a production direction on exactly one respective stitch wale and the yarns of the second yarn system extend over at least two adjacent stitch wales that run in the production direction. Spacer yarns interconnect the warp-knitted fabric layers.
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE YARNS AND ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE FABRICS MADE THEREFROM
An electrically conductive yarn including an elastomeric monofilament and an electrically conductive thread crocheted about the elastomeric monofilament. A method of forming an electrically conductive fabric including providing an elastic monofilament, enclosing the elastic monofilament with a conductive thread by crocheting, thereby producing a conductive elastic yarn and forming an electrically conductive fabric from the conductive elastic yarn and an electrically conductive fabric formed thereby.
