Treatment of allergies and autoimmune diseases
The present disclosure provides a method of treating allergies and autoimmune diseases using microsystem acupuncture. Methods provided herein for treating allergies and autoimmune diseases using microsystem acupuncture involving a novel allergy zone. In embodiments, the method includes identifying an allergy zone (AZ) (Soliman Allergy Zone (SAZ)) (FIG. 1 A) in an acupuncture microsystem of a subject in need of treatment and treating the zone to treat the allergy or autoimmune disease. In embodiments, treating the zone includes introducing an acupuncture needle in the zone. In particular embodiments, the method includes identifying one or more active points in the liver projection site of the AZ and treating the active point or points.
Method for Heat Source Acupuncture and Body Shaping
A method for heat source acupuncture and body shaping. The method for heat source acupuncture includes the steps of inserting a plurality of needles various tissue locations. The tissue locations are of various depths and locations. The method further includes having at least three needles placed into the tissue at 45-degree angles. The needles are inserted at various depths between a quarter inch to 5 inches of tissue Once the needles are inserted into the tissue, the ends not in the tissue are heated. The needles are heated for 3 seconds each. The process of heating is repeated for each needle 30 times or until sweating is induced.
Package for disposable coated acupuncture needle
A package holding acupuncture needles comprises a packaging tray having a needle supporting board with positioning groves defined thereon for securely supporting and positioning acupuncture needles therein; a moveable headrest pivotably attached to an end of the packaging tray; a plurality of acupuncture needles each including an elongate needle body securely received in the corresponding groove, and having a shank extending into the moveable headrest, each of the acupuncture needles including a collapsible film jacket enveloped on the elongate needle body; a sealing bag enveloping the packaging tray and the moveable headrest with the acupuncture needles thereon; and when the sealing bag is removed from the packaging tray, the moveable headrest can be rotated between a horizontal position and a substantial vertical position to support the packaging tray in a way that the shanks of the acupuncture are exposed for being readily retrieved from the packaging tray.
Systems and methods for electrostimulation therapy of plants
A system for electrostimulation therapy includes two or more electrodes of different metals or metal alloys. The electrodes can be optionally provided on a flexible non-conducting substrate with a binder, thereby acting as a bandage or patch. Alternatively, the electrodes can be in the form of a needle, such as acupuncture needle, bracelets, armbands, wristbands, necklaces, or jewelry pieces. A method for electrostimulation therapy includes the steps of attaching a first electrode to a user or soil of a plant at a first location and attaching at least one additional electrode to the user or the plant at other locations for a predetermined period. The electrodes are not connected to a voltage or current source. Because at least two electrodes are of different metals, they cause an electrical current to flow via at least a portion of the user or the soil of the plant.
Method and device for controlled delivery of medical devices
A device that uses an anatomic landmark or fiduciary point to establish a point of origin for device orientation in space is provided. The device controls the direction and depth of delivery of a needle, wire, trocar or cannula utilized for diagnostic or therapeutic intervention. The device guides the percutaneous delivery of a needle, wire, trocar or cannula to a target spatial location on or within tissue.
Intramuscular stimulation needling device
An intramuscular stimulation needling device for chronic pain relief. The needling device can include a stepper motor, a needle, and a control unit. The needle can poke an affected muscle tissue and driven by a stepper motor in reciprocating manner. In each cycle, the needle moves a pre-determined distance forwardly in a first half cycle and retracts to original position in a second half cycle. The control unit can accelerate of the needle one or more times in the first half cycle at spaced intervals and decrease the velocity in the reverse pattern in the second half cycle.
Device for dispensing acupuncture needle
This disclosure describes an device for dispensing an acupuncture needle. The device comprises a thrust, a coupling mechanism coupled to the thrust, a biasing mechanism adapted to bias the thrust towards an initial position, a housing, and a conduit. The housing comprises a first cavity portion adapted to receive the thrust, the coupling mechanism and the biasing mechanism, and a second cavity portion in fluid communication with the first cavity portion. The second cavity portion has a smaller cross-sectional area than the first cavity portion, and the thrust is received in the first cavity portion. The conduit is adapted to guide an acupuncture needle toward the coupling mechanism disposed within the housing. This disclosure further describes a method of using said device for inserting an acupuncture needle into the dermis of a subject.
AUTOMATIC ACUPUNCTURE ROBOT
A medical apparatus for performing electroacupuncture for treatment of traumatic brain injury and cerebral thrombosis is disclosed. The device comprising a 6-DOF (Degree of freedom) Robotic arm, a multi-functional tool tip, an acupuncture friendly MRI helmet and a Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The Acupuncture Robot is able to operate with certain needles automatically by inserting a needle, turning, or shaking in certain frequency ranges and apply electrical stimulation to enhance the effects.
DEVICE FOR ACUPUNCTURE AND MOXIBUSTION THERAPY AND USES THEREOF
The present invention provides an acumoxa therapy device utilizing energy waves for preventing, alleviating or treating COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) coronavirus infection. In one embodiment, the device delivers energy in a non-invasive manner. In one embodiment, the device is configured to include an energy pin and one or more energy rings. In one embodiment, the device delivers sufficient energy to certain body parts such as acupoints to achieve an intervening and/or therapeutic effect. In one embodiment, the device can maintain or improve general health, or can alleviate or treat a subject with COVID-19 infection and one or more other conditions. In one embodiment, the present invention also discloses a system comprising the device and uses thereof.
Multi-functional electro-spoon needle therapeutic apparatus
