A sewing machine includes a sewing portion, a movement portion, a processor, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include pattern acquisition processing of acquiring data relating to an embroidery pattern, first position information acquisition processing of acquiring first position information indicating a position of the holder when the holder is in a first position, second position information acquisition processing of acquiring second position information indicating a position of the holder when the holder is in a second position different from the first position, generating processing of generating sewing data for sewing the embroidery pattern re-shaped on the basis of the first position information and the second position information, and sewing control processing of controlling the sewing portion and the movement portion in accordance with the generated sewing data.

An exemplary embroidery accessory for a sewing machine includes a spool that is rotatable around a first vertical axis, a support rotatably attached to the sewing machine and to the spool, a sewing guide, and a mechanism for rotating the support around a second vertical axis of rotation. The spool receives and dispenses a length of embroidery material and is supported above a sewing bed of the sewing machine by the support. The sewing guide has a needle opening configured to receive a needle of the sewing machine and to guide the embroidery material toward the needle.

An embroidery frame includes a frame-shaped outer frame and an inner frame configured to hold a sewing object together with the outer frame. The inner frame includes a first member provided with a restriction portion, and a second member configured to be rotatably supported around a rotating shaft between a first position and a second position with respect to the first member. The second position is a position at which an angle of the second member with respect to the first member is a contact angle. The second member includes a contact portion. A first distance between a first end portion and a second end portion when the second member is in the first position is longer than a second distance between the first end portion and the second end portion when the second member is in the second position.

An embroidery frame includes a frame-shaped outer frame and an inner frame configured to hold a sewing object together with the outer frame. Holder member
A holder member includes a planar portion, a mounting portion, a color reference member, and an affixing device. The planar portion has a surface that is planar. The color reference member is provided on the planar portion. The color reference member also shows a color that serves as a reference. The affixing device is configured to fix in place an object that has been placed on the planar portion.

A holder member includes a planar portion, a mounting portion, a color reference member, and an affixing device. The planar portion has a surface that is planar. The mounting portion supports the planar portion. The mounting portion is also configured to be removably mounted on an embroidery frame moving mechanism of a sewing machine. The color reference member is provided on the planar portion. The color reference member also shows a color that serves as a reference. The affixing device is configured to fix in place an object that has been placed on the planar portion.

The present disclosure generally relates to a clamping system. Particularly, the present disclosure relates to a clamping system for holding material to be sewn/embroidered by a sewing machine.
PALLET DRIVE SYSTEM FOR MOVING A WORK-PIECE
A pallet drive system is provided that is operable for use on a sewing system. The pallet drive system has a pallet that is configured to hold a work-piece in position. A pair of alignment posts is coupled to the pallet. In exemplary aspects, each alignment post has a shape with surfaces extending in three dimensions along x, y and z axes. A corresponding pair of gripping fingers is coupled to a sewing machine, corresponding to each alignment post, that are moveable between an open position, allowing the alignment post to be positioned between the gripping fingers, and a closed position where the gripping fingers surround the alignment post. The gripping fingers define a cavity in the closed position to surround the alignment post in the x, y and z axes.
PALLET DRIVE SYSTEM FOR MOVING A WORK-PIECE
A pallet drive system is provided that is operable for use on a sewing system. The pallet drive system has a pallet that is configured to hold a work-piece in position. A pair of alignment posts is coupled to the pallet. In exemplary aspects, each alignment post has a shape with surfaces extending in three dimensions along x, y and z axes. A corresponding pair of gripping fingers is coupled to a sewing machine, corresponding to each alignment post, that are moveable between an open position, allowing the alignment post to be positioned between the gripping fingers, and a closed position where the gripping fingers surround the alignment post. The gripping fingers define a cavity in the closed position to surround the alignment post in the x, y and z axes.
