SCREW CONVEYOR BASED FABRIC DYEING MACHINE
A screw conveyor based fabric dyeing machine including a machine body inside which a screw conveyor including a conveying screw and a fabric support board is arranged and generally parallel to an extension direction of the machine body. Fabric moves through a dyeing tube arranged with the machine body to fall down onto the screw conveyor so that the fabric can be conveyed by the screw conveyor forward through the machine body to reach a guide roller and a nozzle to complete a cycle of circulation for subsequently re-entering the dyeing tube to be dyed therein. As such, water consumption can be reduced and dyeing performance is enhanced, achieving energy saving and carbon reduction, reducing contamination to the surroundings, and realizing green economy.

Vibrating apparatus for treatment of fabrics
A vibrating apparatus for dimensional stabilization treatment of fabrics includes a fabric-containing tub (2), a vibration-generating slider-crank mechanism (3) and a support mechanism (4) for supporting the tub (2) and transferring the vibrations produced by the generating mechanism (3). The tub (2) is made of carbon fiber and the mechanism (4) for supporting and transferring vibrations includes at least three rocker arms (12), each having one end hinged to the tub (2), the other end hinged to a counterweight (6) located opposite to the tub (2) and being hinged in the middle to a load-bearing structure (16).
Tank for washing a warp thread
The invention relates to a tank for washing a warp thread, provided with a device for intensifying the washing effect set in rotation inside the tank. Each device includes a body having cylindrical geometry, having circular cross section, which has a plurality of longitudinal bars arranged along the cylindrical side surface of the device. Between each pair of adjacent bars a longitudinal slit is defined. The body also has a pair of end elements extending radially, forming the opposite bases of the body and configured to support and enclose the bars. The body also has a pair of opposite rotation pins, obtained on the respective outer surfaces of the end elements and that extend along an axial direction and parallel to the direction of extension of the bars. The body also has a tangential turbodynamic flow generator, arranged inside the body and configured to intensify the interchange between the washing liquid and the warp thread through the longitudinal slits during the rotation of the device.
Method for producing antimicrobial yarns and fabrics by nanoparticle impregnation
The invention relates to a method for producing an antimicrobial fabric or yarn, said method comprising the steps of immersing a fabric or yarn in an aqueous solution of a metal salt while simultaneously subjecting said solution to ultrasonic radiation; and removing the fabric or yarn from said solution and subsequently converting the metal salt in situ in the fabric or yarn into metal oxide nanoparticles, preferably via chemical and heat treatment. Fabrics and yarns obtained or obtainable by such method are also provided. In a further aspect the invention provides an apparatus for performing such method.
