Supercritical fluid dyeing and finishing system and method
A supercritical fluid dyeing and finishing system has a fabric warp beam dyeing kettle. A fabric warp beam dyeing and finishing unit is arranged in the fabric warp beam dyeing kettle. An external magnetic transmission device II is arranged outside the fabric warp beam dyeing kettle. The fabric warp beam dyeing and finishing unit includes a porous pipe I and a porous pipe II. The porous pipe I and the porous pipe II are connected with an inlet of the fabric warp beam dyeing and finishing unit through a bearing I and a bearing II. A fluid ejector is connected with the inlet of the fabric warp beam dyeing and finishing unit and disposed in the vicinity of the porous pipe I and the porous pipe II.
Multipurpose machine and methods for dyeing fabrics and warp yarns
A dyeing machine comprising at least one dyeing module in which a first squeezing device for a textile support, a first treatment tank, a central tank, a second treatment tank and a second squeezing device are located in sequence is described. The dyeing machine also includes a hydraulic system for feeding, circulating and alternately adjusting the levels of process fluids in the tanks. The tanks are preferably enclosed in a hermetically sealed upper covering shell. The two treatment tanks have the same shape, the same dimension and capacity characteristics, and are symmetrical with respect to a plane of symmetry lying in the central tank and arranged perpendicularly with respect to the direction of advance of the textile support. The dyeing machine is provided with means for moving the textile support, configured to advance the textile support alternately in both directions, i.e. either from the first squeezing device to the second squeezing device, sequentially through the tanks, or from the second squeezing device to the first squeezing device, again sequentially through the tanks.

Device for the thermal treatment of yarns
A device for the thermal treatment of yarns comprising at least one inlet opening and at least one outlet opening for at least one transport means, which transports the yarn through the device, and comprising separating elements at the inlet opening and the outlet opening for thermal shielding, in order to minimise the exchange of media to the environment. The separating elements are configured to have a low bending rigidity and are arranged such that a surface load is applied onto the yarn lying on the transport means, for example a conveyor belt, which is not greater than 0.005 kg*cm.sup.2.

CONTINUOUS HEAT SET MACHINE AND SEALING HEAD FOR A CONTINUOUS HEAT SET MACHINE
A continuous process heat set tunnel for exerting a sealing force against a top sealing roll, a yarn-transporting conveyor and a bottom sealing roll. At least first and second top pneumatic lamella sealing cylinders are mounted on the sealing roll frame for exerting against the top lamella a sealing force against the roll surface of the top sealing roll, and at least first and second bottom pneumatic lamella sealing cylinders are mounted on the sealing roll frame for exerting against the bottom lamella a sealing force against the roll surface of the bottom sealing roll.
Proofing dyeing cup for supercritical fluid dyeing and finishing
The invention discloses a proofing dyeing cup for supercritical fluid waterless dyeing and finishing, which achieves separate or simultaneous filling of the medium into multiple dyeing units, and simultaneous heating of the dyeing units for proofing processing. Efficiency of proofing processing such as high-pressure supercritical fluid waterless dyeing and thus the utilization rate of the medium boosting and filling system and separation and recycling system are significantly improved, so that the proofing requirements of commercial production of textile waterless dyeing and finishing are met. Furthermore, dye chemicals at the bottom of the cup can be stirred to facilitate dissolution, and the dye chemicals at the bottom of the cup can be swept and cleaned. Thus, defects of an existing fixed supercritical fluid dyeing proofing device or an equipment system thereof, such as low utilization efficiency, complex cleaning and incapability of meeting the proofing requirements of commercial production, are overcome.
