LAUNDRY APPARATUSES HAVING DYNAMIC BALANCING ASSEMBLIES
A laundry apparatus includes a tub, a drum, a control unit, a motor, and a dynamic balancing assembly. The drum is positioned within a fluid containment envelope of the tub and rotatable relative to the tub about a primary rotation axis. The motor is coupled to the tub and operatively coupled to the drum to cause rotation of the drum. The dynamic balancing assembly includes an orbital balancing passage arranged concentrically around the motor, a first counterweight device, and a second counterweight device. The first and second counterweight devices are positioned within the orbital balancing passage and are responsive to the control unit to move the first and second counterweight devices along the orbital balancing passage to adjust an angular position of the first and second counterweight devices. A cross-sectional plane passes through the dynamic balancing assembly, the motor, and the fluid containment envelope of the tub.
SUSPENSIONLESS LAUNDRY APPARATUSES AND METHODS OF BALANCING A LAUNDRY APPARATUS
A laundry apparatus includes an exterior housing, a tub, one or more tub mounts rigidly mounting the tub to the exterior housing, a drum positioned within the tub and rotatable relative to the tub, a control unit, a motor, one or more load imbalance sensors, and a dynamic balancing assembly. The motor is communicatively coupled to the control unit and operatively coupled to the drum. The one or more load imbalance sensors are communicatively coupled to the control unit and configured to output a load imbalance signal to the control unit, the load imbalance signal being indicative of a load imbalance within the drum. The dynamic balancing assembly is includes one or more counterweight devices configured to be orbited about the primary rotation axis to counteract a detected load imbalance in the drum. The tub is unsupported by any displaceable suspension members extending between the tub and the exterior housing.
Washing machine
A present disclosure provides a washing machine including first and second nozzles which are provided on an inner peripheral surface of a gasket, first and second balancers disposed on the front surface of the tub and outside the gasket, and a circulating water supply pipe which guides the water pumped by a pump to the first and second nozzles. The circulating water supply pipe includes first and second discharge ports protruding toward the gasket and respectively inserted into a first connector and a second connector. The first and second balancers are disposed to be spaced by a distance shorter than lengths of the first and second discharge ports from outer surfaces of the first and second discharge portions facing the first and second balancers. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the circulating water supply pipe from being removed.
LAUNDRY TREATMENT DEVICE
The present invention relates to a laundry treating apparatus. The laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a control unit which controls the tub to rotate at a first speed in a case of a blanket dehydration mode, to rotate at a second speed lower than the first speed so that the plurality of balls are dispersed when amount of eccentricity in the first speed rotation is equal to or greater than a first reference value, and to rotate at a third speed higher than the first speed when the amount of eccentricity in the first speed rotation is less than the first reference value. Accordingly, in a blanket dehydration mode, it is possible to stably perform dehydration by preventing the plurality of balls from operating unbalanced.
COUNTERWEIGHT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A counterweight assembly for counteracting vibrations or other forces in an appliance or machine includes a body and a funnel coupled to the body. The body includes an outer surface and an inner surface that defines an internal cavity that is adapted to receive a heavy aggregate material to form a counterweight. The funnel extends outwardly from the body and is adapted to deliver the heavy aggregate material to the internal cavity of the body.
Balancing apparatus of a washing machine
The present invention refers to a balancing apparatus 100 for preventing vibrations and loud running in a drum 1 of a washing machine while operating. The balancing apparatus 100 according to the present invention preferably comprises of at least two half rings 2 and a plurality of propellers 3. The plurality of propellers are attached to the drum 1. The two half rings 2 are configured to cover the drum 1. The propellers 3 and the half rings 2 are magnetically polarized while electric current is passing through the propellers 3 and half rings 2. The drum 1 is balanced by forming similar polarity in poles of the half rings 2 and the poles of the propellers 3 facing each other.
WASHING MACHINE
The present disclosure discloses a washing machine, including a washing drum, wherein the washing drum is a water accommodating drum during washing; a balance ring, arranged above the washing drum; and a sealing structure, configured to prevent water from overflowing from a space between the washing drum and the balance ring. The washing drum disclosed by the present disclosure achieves an expansion effect; at the same time, the sealing structure is arranged between the washing drum and the balance ring to prevent that the water overflows out of the washing drum from the space between the washing drum and the balance ring, and after a long time, the water may splash to corrode a washing machine case body or other components, or cause a short circuit.
Washing machine
A washing machine includes a casing, a tub, a drum, a pump, a gasket that is arranged between a case opening and a tub opening and that includes first nozzles and second nozzles, and a water pipe assembly that includes: first nozzle ports affixed to the first nozzles, second nozzle ports affixed to the second nozzles, a first conduit, and a second conduit. The gasket further includes port insertion pipes into which the first and second nozzle ports are inserted. Each of the first and second nozzle ports includes at least one press-fit protrusion that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle supply port and that is configured to, in a state in which the nozzle supply port is inserted into a corresponding port insertion pipe, maintain contact with an inner circumferential surface of the port insertion pipe.
Laundry treatment apparatus
Provided is a laundry treatment apparatus which may sequentially perform pre-washing, main washing, drying, and ironing in one place. The laundry treatment apparatus includes: a pre-washer with an accommodation space which accommodates the laundry and has a sink bowl having an open top portion; a main washer which is provided beside the pre-washer; a dryer which is provided beside the main washer; an ironing part which is provided beside the dryer, and has a flat top surface to iron the laundry; a first upper panel which is provided on a top portion of the main washer and the dryer and has a flat top surface; a second upper panel which forms the top surface of the ironing part; and a lid which is provided on a top portion of the pre-washer to open and close the accommodation space.
