LAUNDRY APPLIANCE
A laundry appliance includes a cabinet defining a front opening in a front panel. The front opening is defined by a lip having a curved edge. The lip defines a plurality of apertures spaced-apart around the front opening. A tub is disposed within the cabinet. The tub defines an access opening aligned with the front opening. A drum is disposed within the tub. A bellows assembly extends between the cabinet and the tub. The bellows assembly includes a projection coupled to the curved edge of the cabinet. A deflector has a rim and a chute wherein the chute extends toward the drum. The rim is configured to snap-fit over the projection of the bellows assembly. The rim includes a plurality of hooks where each hook is configured to extend through an aperture and interlock with the cabinet.
Washing machine provided with movable auxiliary washing unit
A washing machine with movable auxiliary washing unit includes: a main washing machine body having an opening and a first main washing space communicated with the opening; and an auxiliary washing unit comprising a doorsets assembly configured over the opening to be pulled out or pushed in for opening or closing the opening, wherein the doorsets assembly further has an auxiliary washing space.
Structural arrangement introduced in a liquid dispensing set-up of a household appliance
A structural arrangement introduced in a liquid dispensing set-up of a household appliance includes at least one feed pipe, at least one movable lid cooperating with a fixed body, and at least one liquid flow driver. The liquid flow driver is disposed adjacent a lower face of the movable lid. The liquid flow driver is associated with the feed pipe through a fluid connector. The fluid connector defines a hinge axis of the movable lid. The liquid flowing through the liquid flow driver is directed inside of at least one washing environment defined in an inside of the household appliance.
Dispensing system for a laundry treating appliance
A laundry treating appliance with a treating chamber for receiving laundry for treating and a liquid supply system fluidly coupled to the treating chamber. The liquid supply system includes a water supply system and a dispensing system. The dispensing system includes a faucet, a support structure, one or more drawers, and one or more dispenser outlets for providing treating liquid and treating chemistries. Components of the dispensing system can be activated, e.g. for pretreating laundry items, for use as a utility sink, or during an automatic cycle of operation.
FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR A FRONT-LOAD WASHING APPLIANCE FOR DELIVERING FLUID TO LIFTERS OF THE DRUM
A front-load laundry appliance includes a drum that is rotationally operable within a tub about a generally horizontal rotational axis. A plurality of lifters are coupled to an interior surface of the drum. A fluid delivery path is at least partially defined within the drum and the plurality of lifters. A fluid delivery system delivers fluid into the fluid delivery path in a direction parallel to the generally horizontal rotational axis.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR TREATING LAUNDRY APPLIANCES WITH DISINFECTING SPRAY
Methods and systems for treating laundry appliances with disinfecting spray are provided. The laundry appliance includes a cabinet defining an opening and a laundry vessel mounted within the cabinet. The laundry vessel defines a treatment chamber. The laundry appliance also includes a spray nozzle positioned and operable to direct a spray of sanitizing agent into the treatment chamber. The laundry appliance may be treated by closing a water valve upstream of the treatment chamber, and, while the water valve is closed, activating a pump to pump the sanitizing agent from a tank to the spray nozzle. Thus, the spray of sanitizing agent is directed into the treatment chamber by and from the spray nozzle.
Washing machine
A washing machine includes a casing, a tub, a drum, a pump, a gasket that is arranged between a case opening and a tub opening and that includes first nozzles and second nozzles, and a water pipe assembly that includes: first nozzle ports affixed to the first nozzles, second nozzle ports affixed to the second nozzles, a first conduit, and a second conduit. The gasket further includes port insertion pipes into which the first and second nozzle ports are inserted. Each of the first and second nozzle ports includes at least one press-fit protrusion that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle supply port and that is configured to, in a state in which the nozzle supply port is inserted into a corresponding port insertion pipe, maintain contact with an inner circumferential surface of the port insertion pipe.
Method and apparatus for treating cloths
Method and apparatus for treating cloths by spraying with a chemical dispersion including a liquid, the method including: inserting the cloths in a drum that is rotatable about its longitudinal axis, the drum including paddles, where for each of at least two of the paddles the paddle's longitudinal axis forms an angle α of between 5 degrees and 85 degrees with the geometrical orthogonal projection of the paddle's longitudinal axis on a geometrical plane which is normal to the drum's longitudinal axis; with a dispersion supply system providing the chemical dispersion to spraying elements; with rotation elements rotating the drum about its longitudinal axis and reversing the rotational direction at least once, and with spraying elements spraying the drum's interior with the dispersion, the spraying elements being attached a to movable door of a chamber enclosing the drum. The apparatus is adapted for executing the method.
Laundry treatment apparatus
A laundry treatment apparatus includes a cabinet and a drawer retractably provided in the cabinet. An accommodation unit is disposed in the drawer and defines a space configured to receive washing water. A water supply channel is connected to a water supply source and is configured to supply washing water to the accommodation unit. The laundry treatment apparatus includes a body along which a water supply channel is provided, the body being rotatably provided at the cabinet. A body guider is provided at the cabinet and is configured to guide a rotational movement of the body.
Method for controlling washing machine
A method of controlling a washing machine that includes a drum rotatably provided in a tub that receives water, at least one nozzle spraying water into the drum, a washing motor rotating the drum, and a circulation pump circulating water within the washing machine, the method including: operating the washing motor to rotate the drum in a first rotational direction while repeatedly alternating between an acceleration and a deceleration of the drum so that laundry in the drum alternates between maintaining contact with an inner surface of the drum during acceleration, and separates from the inner surface of the drum during deceleration; and operating a circulation pump motor in the circulation pump, while the drum rotates in the first rotational direction, to accelerate a pump speed of the circulation pump during the acceleration of the drum, and to decelerate the pump speed during deceleration of the drum.
