Light weight heat-preserving fiber and preparation method thereof
A lightweight heat-preserving fiber and a preparation method thereof are provided, wherein the fiber is prepared by measuring, composite spinneret's extruding, cooling, oiling, drawing, heat setting and winding a polyester melt. The composite spinneret has a hollow spinning hole and a circular spinning hole. The ratio of the micropore length of hollow spinning hole to circular spinning hole equals to the ratio of the equivalent diameter of hollow spinning hole to circular spinning hole multiplies the coefficient K, and the equivalent diameter is the ratio of the cross-sectional area to the circumference of the cross-section, the coefficient K ranges from 0.97 to 1.03. The oil agent contains a crown ether, and the content of the crown ether ranges from 67.30 to 85.58 wt %. The thermal conductivity of a knitted fabric having a basis weight of 100 g/m.sup.2 prepared by lightweight heat-preserving fiber is no larger than 0.150 W/m.Math.K.

ORAL POUCH PRODUCT
An oral pouch product includes an outer wrapper defining a cavity and an inner filling material in the cavity. The outer wrapper includes a hydrophobic material or an elastomeric material. The inner filling material includes a dry mixture and a liquid mixture. The dry mixture includes a cellulosic material. The liquid mixture includes a triglyceride and liquid nicotine dissolved in the triglyceride. The triglyceride is included in the oral pouch product in an amount of 10% to 30% by weight based on the weight of the oral pouch product.
Dispersion solution having antiviral property
A dispersion solution including a solvent which contains fine particles of a copper compound, a stabilizer, a fatty acid, a fatty acid ester of the fatty acid, and a polycarboxylic acid. The fine particles of the copper compound having antiviral property are homogeneously dispersed in the dispersion medium maintaining stability over extended periods of time.
CARBON NANOTUBE THREAD Z-AXIS MULTIFUNCTIONAL STITCHING
Carbon nanotube threads are coated with a coating solution such as dimethylformamide (DMF), ethylene glycol (EG), polyethylene glycol (PEG), PEG200 (PEG with a average molecular weight of approximately 200 grams per mole (g/mol)), PEG400 (PEG with a average molecular weight of approximately 400 g/mol), dimethyl sulfide (DMS 100 cP), HP1632, poly(methylhydrosiloxane), polyalkylene glycol, (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, hydride functional siloxane 0 resin, platinum (0) -1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxane, moisture in air, acetic acid, water, poly(dimethylsiloxane) hydroxy terminated, (3-glycidyloxypropyl)-trimethoxysilane or a combination thereof. The coated carbon nanotubes may be used to stitch in a Z-direction into a composite such as a polymer prepreg to strengthen the composite. The stitching may occur using a sewing machine.
METHOD FOR PROCESSING ALL-POLYESTER FIBER COTTON-LIKE FABRIC WITH SUNLIGHT RESISTANCE
The present disclosure provides a method for processing an all-polyester fiber cotton-like fabric with sunlight resistance. The method includes: 1) weaving a PTT/PET bicomponent composite stretch yarn into a fabric; 2) dyeing processing the fabric; and 3) finalizing and finishing, wherein the finalizing and finishing comprises: a) preparing a finishing liquor obtained by mixing a crosslinking agent and an emulsion of benzophenone-containing polyorganosiloxane; b) padding the fabric; and c) drying and finalizing at a high temperature.
