11871829 · 2024-01-16 · ·

There is provided a cosmetic container that includes a head-massage function and that includes: a refill for containing a cosmetic liquid, a head-contact part that is attached to the refill, and that includes multiple projections, wherein the projections are arranged in one or more rows so that the projections disposed on the periphery of the head-contact part are higher than those disposed in the center of the head-contact part so that the projections form a curved shape, a case that detachably accommodates the refill inside the case, the case being slightly flattened in one direction in a plan view to form a jellyfish shape so as to enable the case's side to be gripped, an inner cap that accommodates the multiple projections so as to protect them, so that the inner cap prevents the cosmetic liquid from leaking out of the projections, a cap that accommodates the head-contact part and the inner cap so as to protect them, so that the cap holds in an upright state the refill, the head-contact part, and the case; and a through-hole provided to each of the multiple projections in the axial center of the through-hole, so that the through-hole serves as a supply path of the cosmetic liquid. The refill is changed according to a user's grasping power if the user holds the case with power equal to or more than a fixed level, whereby the cosmetic liquid is supplied in an amount according to the change of the refill from each tip of the projections.

Itching of the scalp is alleviated by providing a tool that will not penetrate the skin and that is always handy because it can be worn on the head and is buried beneath the hair when not in use.

PHYSICAL OBSTRUCTION OF SCALP ARTERIAL CIRCULATION TO PREVENT CHEMOTHERAPY ASSOCIATED ALOPECIA

This document describes devices for mitigating or eliminating alopecia (hair loss) resulting from chemotherapy treatments and methods for their use. For example, this document describes headband devices that deliver localized pressure to portions of the patient's scalp to cause physical obstructions of scalp arterial circulation to mitigate alopecia. In some embodiments, localized pressure is exerted on frontal arteries, temporal arteries, and/or occipital arteries to reduce the blood flows therethrough.

A subcutaneous tissue therapy treatment device is formed of: a rod-shaped grip portion; a bifurcated treatment portion for a neck and a head which is formed on a distal end of the grip portion; and a grasp portion which is formed on a rear end of the grip portion, and the bifurcated treatment portion for a neck and a head is formed by combining a lower protrusion positioned closer to the neck during treatment and an upper protrusion positioned closer to a vertex region during treatment to each other, an upper protrusion front end and a lower protrusion front end of the bifurcated treatment portion are formed with a distance which strides over meridians distributed in respective surface curved areas of respective zones in a case where a surface of a cranial bone is divided into four zones ranging from an occipital region to a frontal region.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING DAMPED ELECTROMAGNETICALLY ACTUATED PLANAR MOTION FOR AUDIO-FREQUENCY VIBRATIONS
20200037079 · 2020-01-30 ·

A vibration module for applying vibrational tractions to a wearer's skin is presented. Use of the vibration module in headphones is illustrated for providing tactile sensations of low frequency for music, for massage, and for electrical recording and stimulation of the wearer. Damped, planar, electromagnetically-actuated vibration modules of the moving magnet type are presented in theory and reduced to practice, and shown to provide a substantially uniform frequency response over the range 40-200 Hz with a minimum of unwanted audio.
