B-STAGEABLE AQUEOUS BINDER COMPOSITIONS
An aqueous binder composition is disclosed that includes 5.0% by weight to 50.0% by weight of a monomeric polyol having at least four hydroxyl groups, based on the total solids content of the aqueous binder composition; and at least 50.0% by weight of a cross-linking agent comprising a polymeric polycarboxylic acid having at least two carboxylic acid groups, based on the total solids content of the aqueous binder composition. The aqueous binder composition includes a ratio of molar equivalents of carboxylic acid groups to hydroxyl groups is between 0.15/1.0 and 2.23/1 and has a pH of 2.2 to 4.0 and a viscosity at 40% solids and 25° C. of 10 cP to 60 cP.
Recyclable Single Polymer Floorcovering Article
This invention relates to tufted floorcovering articles, including carpet tiles and broadloom carpet. In particular, this invention relates to tufted floorcovering articles made from the family of polymers known as polyester. Specifically, this invention relates to tufted carpet tile products made from polyester. The polyester carpet tiles meet commercial performance specifications and are fully end-of-life recyclable.
Method for producing textile products, products obtainable therefrom and method to reclaim the products
The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a laminated textile product comprising providing a first intermediate product comprising a primary backing having a front surface and a back surface, and yarns stitched into the primary backing, the yarns extending from the front surface of the backing material, feeding the intermediate product along a body having a heated surface, the back surface being pressed against the said heated surface, to at least partly melt the yarns present in the intermediate product to bond the yarns to the backing, wherein the part of the back surface that is pressed against the heated surface has a relative speed with respect to the heated surface, so as to provide a second intermediate product having a calendered back surface, providing a dimensionally stable carrier sheet or secondary backing, and connecting the second intermediate product to the carrier sheet by providing a hot melt adhesive between the calendered surface and the sheet, and pressing the sheet to the second intermediate product to form the textile product.

SPRAYABLE AND HYGROSCOPIC INK FOR DIGITAL PRINTING PROCESS ON FABRIC AND HYGROSCOPIC FABRIC
A sprayable and hygroscopic ink for a digital printing process on a fabric includes 3.0 parts by weight to 6.0 parts by weight of a colorant, 0.5 parts by weight to 2.0 parts by weight of a hygroscopic agent, 0.5 parts by weight to 1.0 part by weight of a surfactant, and a balance of a solvent, in which a pH value of the hygroscopic agent is between 6.0 and 8.5 at 25° C., and a particle diameter D90 of the sprayable and hygroscopic ink is between 180 nm and 220 nm.
INTERIOR MATERIAL OF VEHICLE
An interior material of a vehicle includes: a fabric layer made of a tricoat fabric, a foam layer disposed on a lower surface of the fabric layer, and an antifouling layer disposed at least between an upper surface of the fabric layer or the fabric layer and the foam layer. The tricoat fabric includes a combination of at least one of a polyurethane yarn, a high-elongation polyester yarn, or a polyester yarn.
RECYCLABLE TUFTED CARPET PRODUCT
Recyclable tufted carpet products and methods of preparing the same are provided. In particular, the recyclable tufted carpet product includes a primary backing having an air permeability greater than 100 l/m.sup.2/sec at 200 Pa/20 cm.sup.2, the primary backing comprising a polyester nonwoven; a plurality of yarns tufted through the primary backing such that a pile is provided at a first surface of the primary backing and a plurality of yarn loops are provided at a second surface of the primary backing; and an adhesive that anchors the plurality of yarn loops to the second surface of the primary backing.
Method to Manufacture a Recyclable Textile Product and the Said Product
A method to manufacture a (recyclable) polyester textile product is disclosed which includes providing a first polyester sheet, stitching polyester yarns through the first sheet to form a pile on a first surface of the first sheet, the pile extending from this first surface, and to form loops of the yarns at an opposing second surface of the first sheet, applying a first quantity of a dispersion including an aqueous dispersion medium and polyester particles dispersed in the medium, to the second surface of the first sheet, thereafter removing the aqueous dispersion medium from the said quantity of the aqueous dispersion, heating the polyester particles to above a temperature at which the polyester of these particles softens, and subsequently cooling the polyester of the particles to below a temperature at which this polyester solidifies to therewith interconnect the loops and the first sheet with the solidified polyester.
