Transfer-printing ink and transfer-printing method
A transfer-printing ink is ejected onto a transfer paper base on an ink-jet recording device when transfer paper is prepared, and is transferred from the transfer paper to cloth when the transfer paper with the cloth laid over it is heated. The ink contains a pigment, an anionic fixing resin, and a volatile amine as a neutralizer for neutralizing the fixing resin. The average particle diameter of the pigment is 30 nm to 150 nm. The pigment-to-fixing resin mass ratio is 1:1 to 1:5. The added amount of the volatile amine is 0.8 to 1.5 times the neutralization equivalent.
TEXTILE PRINTING PAPER FOR USE IN PAPER PRINTING METHOD
Provided is a textile printing paper for use in a paper printing method, which textile printing paper has an ability to produce a high-resolution image and enables favorable color development on a printing substrate and is excellent in adhesiveness of a printed paper to a printing substrate. The textile printing paper has a base sheet and a glue layer on a surface of the base sheet, the base sheet having a compression layer on at least a glue layer side, the compression layer at least comprising a pigment and a binder, wherein the base sheet has a compression ratio of 1.5 or more as calculated by the formula given below from the smoothness measured using a soft backing at clamp air supply pressures of 300 kPa and 2000 kPa according to JIS P 8151:2004.
Compression ratio=[smoothness of base sheet at 300 kPa]/[smoothness of base sheet at 2000 kPa]
PAPERLESS TRANSFER PRINTING METHOD
A paperless transfer printing method includes the following steps: (a) printing, by a printing machine, aqueous ink onto a transfer printing temporary carrier in a set pattern, wherein a surface of the transfer printing temporary carrier is made of an elastic polymer material and a surface tension of the aqueous ink is less than the critical surface tension of the transfer printing temporary carrier; (b) drying the to-be-transferred pattern on the transfer printing temporary carrier; (c) wetting the transfer printing temporary carrier by using an aqueous surface tension increasing liquid; and (d) separating the aqueous solution or the aqueous dispersion liquid from the transfer printing temporary carrier at a tight-contact position between the transfer printing temporary carrier and the fabric, so that an aqueous ink dye is transferred onto the fiber of the fabric.
TRANSFER DYEING METHOD
A transfer dyeing method, includes: 1) coating a pretreating liquid on a front side of a fabric by a first pretreating anilox roller; 2) printing a dyeing ink on a first ink transfer roller or ink transfer ribbon by a first full-master printing plate roller; 3) transferring the dyeing ink to the front of the fabric; 4) drying the fabric and then making a back side of the fabric face to a second pretreating anilox roller; 5) coating the pretreating liquid on the back side of the fabric; 6) printing a dyeing ink that is same as or different from the dyeing ink of step 2) on a second transfer-roller or ink transfer ribbon; 7) transferring the dyeing ink to the back side of the fabric; and 8) drying the fabric, followed by color fixing, water washing and shaping.
Textile printing paper for use in paper printing method
Provided is a textile printing paper for use in a paper printing method, the textile printing paper enabling the transfer of a high-resolution image to a printing substrate while being excellent in releasability. The textile printing paper comprises a base paper and a glue layer on a surface of the base paper, the base paper having a swelling rate of 130% by mass to 180% by mass.
HEAT TRANSFER LABEL
The present invention relates to heat transfers that include silicone based heat transfer inks and digitally printed toner images, particularly for use on fabrics, apparel items, garments and accessories. The present subject matter is especially suitable for use in heat-transferable labeling or creating embellishments on polyester fabrics and garments.
Textile printing paper for use in paper printing method
Provided is a textile printing paper for use in a paper printing method, the textile printing paper being excellent in releasability from a printing substrate and resistance to fogging of the print while satisfying the requirements for adhesiveness of a printed paper to a printing substrate. The textile printing paper comprises a base paper and a glue layer on a surface of the base paper, the base paper having a wax pick resistance of No. 8A or higher.
TRANSFER-PRINTING INK AND TRANSFER-PRINTING METHOD

The ink contains a pigment, an anionic fixing resin, and a volatile amine as a neutralizer for neutralizing the fixing resin. The average particle diameter of the pigment is 30 nm to 150 nm. The pigment-to-fixing resin mass ratio is 1:1 to 1:5. The added amount of the volatile amine is 0.8 to 1.5 times the neutralization equivalent.
TRANSFER-PRINTING INK AND TRANSFER-PRINTING APPARATUS
A transfer-printing ink contains a pigment and a fixing resin. The mass ratio of the pigment to the fixing resin is 1:1 to 1:5, and the ink has a viscosity of 3 mPas to 10 mPas at 23 C. The ink is ejected onto a transfer paper base by an ink-jet recording device when transfer paper is prepared. The ink is then transferred from the transfer paper to cloth as a result of the transfer paper, with the cloth laid over it, being heated.
