TEXTILE PRINTING PAPER FOR USE IN PAPER PRINTING METHOD
Provided is a textile printing paper for use in a paper printing method, the textile printing paper being excellent in releasability from a printing substrate and resistance to fogging of the print while satisfying the requirements for adhesiveness of a printed paper to a printing substrate. The textile printing paper comprises a base paper and a glue layer on a surface of the base paper, the base paper having a wax pick resistance of No. 8A or higher.
TEXTILE PRINTING PAPER FOR USE IN PAPER PRINTING METHOD
Provided is a textile printing paper for use in a paper printing method, the textile printing paper enabling the transfer of a high-resolution image to a printing substrate while being excellent in releasability. The textile printing paper comprises a base paper and a glue layer on a surface of the base paper, the base paper having a swelling rate of 130% by mass to 180% by mass.
Ink-jet transfer system for dark textile substrates
An ink-jet transfer system is disclosed, as well as a transfer printed product which is highly wash-resistant, color-fast and environment-friendly, and a process for producing the same and its use in a printing process by means of the disclosed ink-jet transfer system. The disclosed ink-jet transfer system has a substrate, a hot-melt layer applied on the substrate and at least one ink-absorbing layer which comprises a mixture of a highly porous pigment and a binder. The molecules of the pigment and if required of the binder and hot-melt layer can form chemical bonds with the dyeing molecules of the ink.
Printing method
A printing method is provided. In this printing method, a printing ink composed of pigment-based solvent UV ink or UV ink is applied onto a transfer sheet capable of transmitting an ultraviolet light, and then the printing ink is cured to form a printing ink layer. Thereafter, a bonding ink composed of solvent UV ink or UV ink for bonding the printing ink layer to a medium is applied onto the printing ink layer. Subsequently, the bonding ink is pressed against the medium. In this state, irradiation with the ultraviolet light from an opposite surface of the transfer sheet to a surface having the printing ink layer formed thereon is performed, such that the bonding ink is completely cured to form a bonding ink layer. Thereafter, the transfer sheet is peeled off from the printing ink layer, whereby the printing ink layer is transferred onto the medium.
COLD TRANSFER OF A DYE-BASED INKJET IMAGE TO WET POLYQUATERNIUM-10-TREATED FABRICS
Embodiments of the invention enable users to personalize fabric objects of varying shapes and sizes, such as, e.g., garments, fabric sheets, bags, etc. An inkjet printer, using conventional inks, may print an image on a prepared image transfer sheet, which may be, for example, a plastic backing sheet coated with a polymer layer. Then, with a water-based formulation applied to the fabric, the image may conveniently be transferred from the image transfer sheet to the fabric, e.g., at room temperature.
Transfer Recording Method
A transfer recording method includes a first layer forming step of discharging an image forming ink from an ink jet head onto a transfer medium having a release layer to form a first layer, a second layer forming step of discharging an adhesive ink from the ink jet head to form a second layer so as to be superimposed on the first layer, and a thermal transfer step of thermally transferring the first layer and the second layer onto fabric by heating a surface of the transfer medium on which the first layer and the second layer are formed in a state where the surface faces the fabric, in which the image forming ink includes a color material and water, the adhesive ink includes a thermoplastic resin and water, the softening point of the thermoplastic resin is equal to or lower than the temperature for heating the fabric in the thermal transfer step, the solid content of the thermoplastic resin is 5% by mass or more and 25% by mass or less based on the total amount of the adhesive ink, the application amount of the adhesive ink in the second layer forming step is 38 g/m.sup.2 or more, and the sum of the application amount of the image forming ink in the first layer forming step and the application amount of the adhesive ink in the second layer forming step is 212 g/m.sup.2 or less.
Treatment Liquid And Recording Method
A treatment liquid of the present disclosure to be printed on a transfer medium includes a material containing resin particles, a water-soluble organic solvent, a silicone-based surfactant, and water. A content of the resin particles is 5.0% by mass or more and 20.0% by mass or less, the water-soluble organic solvent contains a substance A and a substance B, a content of the substance A is 5.0% by mass or more and 20.0% by mass or less, a content of the substance B is 0.1% by mass or more and 3.0% by mass or less, and a content of the organic solvent having a boiling point of higher than 230 C. is 10.0% by mass or less.
Aqueous Ink Jet Composition for Textile Printing
Aqueous ink for textile printing comprising a disperse dye, a dispersant and lignin. A manufacturing method of this ink is provided. An inkjet recording method on textile fabric using the aqueous ink comprising a disperse dye, a dispersant and lignin is also provided.
