Three-Dimensional Elastic Circular Knitted Fabric
Provided is a three-dimensional elastic circular knitted fabric combining light weight, heat retention, stretchability, and press shrinkage resistance. This three-dimensional elastic circular knitted fabric is obtained by connecting two front/back ground structures with a connecting yarn of only a tuck structure, wherein the three-dimensional elastic circular knitted fabric is characterized in that: the two front/back ground structures is solely constituted by non-elastic fiber; the connecting yarn is solely constituted by elastic fiber; the elastic fiber is interwoven at 2-15 couses/1 repeat; the loop density of the knitted fabric is 40-130 courses/inch, and 35-80 wells/inch; the filling rate is 5.0-25.0%; the thermal retention rate is 20.0% or higher; and the rate of elongation at a constant 22.1-N load is 50-200% in the warp direction and 150-300% in the weft direction.
MXENE FIBERS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
MXene fibers and a preparation method thereof are provided. The method for preparation of a MXene fiber comprises preparing a dope solution in which MXene sheets are dispersed in a polar solvent, extruding the dope solution into a coagulating solution to coagulate the extruded dope solution to change into a MXene gel fiber, and drying the MXene gel fiber and converting it into the MXene fiber.
WOVEN FABRIC FOR SWIMWEAR AND SWIMWEAR USING SAME
There is provided swimwear which satisfies the stretchability, strength, ease of movement, and the like desired for swimwear, has superior water repellency, and reduces friction resistance between a surface of the swimwear and water. The woven fabric for swimwear according to the present invention has a weave structure in which covering coated threads are arranged in at least a part of a warp or weft yarn, the covering coated threads each including an elastic fiber as a core yarn and a synthetic fiber filament as a sheath yarn, where, in a woven fabric structure, one of the warp yarn and the weft yarn has a larger number of float yarns. A direction with a large number of float yarns is defined as a body length (height) direction of the swimwear, a ratio of resistance yarn in a direction perpendicular to the body length (height) direction is 40% or less. The woven fabric is suitably used for swimwear.
Garment
Provided is a knit fabric which does not cause feelings of clamminess, feels very cool to the touch and is comfortable, and limits feelings of stickiness and post-sweat chill through rapid drying of sweat, and at the same time is capable of further improving texture. The garment comprises a multilayer-structure circular-knit fabric made of a single circular knit with a layered structure of at least two layers, and the surface that contacts the skin is the needle-loop side of the circular-knit fabric. The circular-knit fabric has portions in which long cellulose fibers and hydrophobic fibers are knit together to form the same knit loops. The garment contains 10-50 weight % of the long cellulose fibers. The exposure rate of the long cellulose fibers in the region from the surface of the side that contacts the skin to 0.13 mm into the interior of the circular-knit fabric is at least 30%.
Functionalization of foreign material in lyocell-methods
Method of manufacturing a regenerated cellulosic molded body, wherein the method comprises supplying a starting material which comprises cellulose and at least one foreign matter, transferring at least a part of the starting material with at least a part of the at least one foreign matter into a spinning mass which additionally contains a solvent for solving at least a part of the cellulose of the starting material in the solvent, and extruding the spinning mass to the molded body, and subsequently precipitating in a spinning bath, wherein thereby the molded body is obtained, wherein the molded body comprises cellulose and at least a part of the at least one foreign matter.
Garments with integrated gripping technology
The garments disclosed herein have integrated gripping technology to grip the body of the wearer over large interior surfaces. The distribution of gripping technology throughout the garment gives increased freedom of body movement and reduces bulkiness over conventional garments, while also allowing for free cut edges. Furthermore, the dispersion of the gripping technology over the majority of the garment eliminates the problem of polymer strips and beading digging into the skin. Slip garment embodiments are disclosed herein that include a lower region having an interior surface with exposed elastic threads configured to directly contact the wearer. The slip garment embodiments include a free-cut lower edge. The slip garment embodiments can be constructed using cut and sew methods.
Puckering stretchable fabric
Elastic thread lines can extend along borders of puckering areas of a fabric. The thread lines can include elastic thread line sections of the thread lines passing through thread line intersections and segments of the thread lines between the intersections. The elastic thread lines can bias the puckering areas in multiple different non-parallel directions toward a puckered configuration. In the puckered configuration, the puckering areas can be gathered together to pucker the fabric. The fabric can be stitched together to form a product, such as a sleeping bag sack that is stretchable in multiple orthogonal directions by stretching the thread lines. Elastic thread line sections passing through intersections can be made more secure by forming thread line section patterns that increase numbers of thread line crossings at the intersections. Densities of thread lines in different directions can be selected to produce different amounts of gathering, and for security.
COMPRESSION AND/OR CONTENTION GARMENT FOR LYMPHOEDEMA TREATMENT
Disclosed is a compression and/or contention garment for lymphoedema treatment, the garment including a main body made of a compression textile. The garment has at least a first targeted area, in which the garment includes at least one layer of reinforcement textile, and at least a second targeted area, in which the garment includes at least one layer of contention textile.
ELASTIC FIBER AND FIBER STRUCTURE COMPRISING THE SAME
An elastic fiber of the present invention having an elastic fiber treatment agent attached to the fiber surface, comprises: a hydrocarbon resin (A) having a structure in which a polymer including a structural unit whose monomer is at least one selected from aromatic olefins and aliphatic diolefins as the main structural unit is partially or fully hydrogenated; and a hydrocarbon oil (B). In this way, an elastic fiber and a fiber structure comprising the same are provided that are suitable for obtaining an elastic sheet that has excellent elastic fiber unraveling properties and adhesiveness to hot melt adhesives, and that exhibits good adhesiveness even when processed at a high draft, and for obtaining a sanitary product that is soft to the touch.
