METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COATING CONTAINERS
Provided is a method for coating containers, and in particular beverage containers which are suitable and intended to receive a liquid, wherein the container to be coated has a main body, a shoulder region, a base region and a mouth region, wherein for coating of an inner wall and/or an outer wall of the container a silicon-containing coating material is produced from a flowable precursor, which is applied to the inner wall and/or the outer wall of the container. The container to be coated is a container made from a fiber-based material.
HEAT SEALABLE PACKAGING MATERIAL COMPRISING MICROFIBRILLATED CELLULOSE AND PRODUCTS MADE THEREFROM
The present invention is directed to a packaging material comprising a layer of microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) and an aluminum layer having a thickness of 0.1-20 m, wherein the layer comprising MFC and/or the aluminum layer has been laminated or extrusion coated on at least one side with a thermoplastic polymer and wherein the amount of aluminum is sufficient to make the packaging material heat sealable by induction. The MFC layer contains at least 60% by weight of microfibrillated cellulose.
Hot-press gas grafting hydrophobization apparatus, and eco-friendly oil-absorbing low- weight paper manufactured using same
The present invention relates to a press-heating gas grafting hydrophobization apparatus, and a hot water-resistant paper and an oil-absorbing paper manufactured using the press-heating gas grafting hydrophobization apparatus. In the press-heating gas grafting hydrophobization apparatus according to the present invention, since a non-air-permeable dryer belt is provided surrounding and pressing a drying roller to prevent dissipation from a base material of a fatty acid chloride vaporized by the drying roller, the press-heating gas grafting hydrophobization apparatus has an advantage of improving efficiency of a gas grafting reaction. Therefore, by using the press-heating gas grafting hydrophobization apparatus according to the present invention, the reaction amount of fatty acid chloride per unit area can be remarkably improved.
