A CELLULOSE PAPER COMPOSITE AND PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF
The present invention relates to a cellulose paper composite having enhanced ear propagation strength, ratio of tensile strength for cut and uncut paper, tensile strength and tensile modulus. The present invention further relates to a process for the preparation of cellulose paper composite having enhanced tensile strength and tensile modulus.
OPTICAL BRIGHTENER FOR WHITENING PAPER

LIGHT-SELECTIVE MULCH
Lignin formulations for making light-selective mulch, methods of making such lignin formulations, light-selective mulches comprising substrates treated with lignin formulations, and methods of making such light-selective mulches. Some methods involve preparing aqueous lignin formulations that can be used as coatings that, in turn, can be applied to a substrate, such as a paper web, to form a biodegradable, light-selective mulch. Some such mulches blocks at least some light in the ultraviolet and blue/green ranges (350 nm to 500 nm) of the visible light spectrum to inhibit weed growth below the mulch, while also transmitting light in the red/infrared ranges to heat the soil below the mulch.

Bleaching and shive reduction process for non-wood fibers
The present invention is directed to a method of increasing the brightness of non-wood fibers. The method comprises forming a mixture of non-wood fibers and exposing the mixture to a brightening agent, the brightening agent being a permanganate compound, an acid, or a combination of the permanganate compound and the acid. The resulting brightened fibers have a brightness greater than the fibers of the mixture before exposure as measured by MacBeth UV-C standard.
Block out label, label sheet, and related method
The present invention includes a label, a label sheet and a method for manufacturing the label. The label includes a paper facestock having first and second surfaces and a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive proximal to the second surface. The label can be adhered to a substrate having pre-applied indicia to cover the indicia and the label is opaque enough to prevent the viewing of the covered indicia while matching the color of the substrate.
SANITARY AID WITH ANTIBACTERIAL EFFECT FOR STABILIZATION OF PHYSIOLOGICAL BALANCE IN VAGINAL ENVIRONMENT AND/OR EXTERNAL GENITALIA
A sanitary aid with antibacterial effect for stabilization of physiological balance in vaginal environment and/or external genitalia is made by a backsheet impermeable layer, absorbent core formed by a mixture of absorbent and/or superabsorbent and a topsheet layer from woven or non-woven textile or from cellulose. The sanitary aid contains an effective component on the basis of at least one reactive form of oxygen, which is encapsulated by an encapsulation agent, where the effective substance is arranged on the topsheet layer of the sanitary aid designated for the contact with body and/or in the absorbent core. The sanitary aid is adapted for gradual release of reactive forms of oxygen, particularly hydrogen peroxide after contact with liquid from the sanitary aid, which causes the prolongation of the effect of reactive forms of oxygen with substantial disinfection ability.
Use of surfactant to treat pulp and improve the incorporation of kraft pulp into fiber for the production of viscose and other secondary fiber products
A surfactant treated bleached softwood kraft pulp fiber, useful as a starting material in the production of cellulose derivatives including cellulose ether, cellulose esters and viscose, is disclosed. Methods for making the kraft pulp fiber and products made from it are also described.
