Multiple Nozzle Connection of a Textile Machine, and Textile Machine
A multiple nozzle connection that is connectable to a central suction duct of a textile machine includes a connecting piece configured to connect to a compaction device of the textile machine or to a suction tube device that is in communication with the central suction duct. The connecting piece includes three connections, wherein at least one of the connections is closable by one of the connected compaction device or the connected suction tube device.
YARN TWISTING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RING-SPINNING MACHINE
A yarn twisting method and device for a ring spinning machine is provided. The twisting method comprises the following steps: feeding three roving strands (1, 2, 3) into a back roller (8) of the ring spinning machine; after drafting, the three roving strands, three fiber strands (1, 2, 3) exiting from a nip point of a front roller (10), wherein a fiber strand (2) in the middle forms an angle with a plane formed by the other two fiber strands (1, 3), and thus the three fiber strands (1, 2, 3) form a multi-strand spinning triangle region having a three-dimensional spatial form; and in the multi-strand spinning triangle region, the three fiber strands (1, 2, 3) obtaining twist by means of a ring traveler of the ring spinning machine, and the twisted fiber strands (1 ,2, 3) are combined into a composite yarn (4) through a convergence point.
Roving-forming element for a roving machine as well as a roving machine equipped therewith
A yarn-forming element is provided for a roving machine that produces a roving from a fiber structure using compressed air. The yarn-forming element includes an intake opening for fibers of the fiber structure, an outlet for emergence of the roving produced from the fiber structure, and a draw-off channel that connects the intake opening and the outlet. A front end surrounding the intake opening is formed as a first truncated cone in at least some sections thereof. The first truncated cone includes a larger base surface and a smaller opposite cover surface that is adjacent the draw-off channel. An angle () between a lateral line of the first truncated cone and an axis of the first truncated cone is less than 90 and greater than 70.
