VECTOR DEFINED EMBROIDERY
Computerized methods and software for creating customized embroidery. Embodiments include capturing a drawing from a user in a browser window as captured vectors, receiving the captured vectors and desired stitching parameters at an embroidery engine on a server, and creating a planned pattern of stitches from the captured vectors and the desired stitching parameters. Some embodiments include returning a rendering of the planned pattern of stitches to the browser or returning rendering vectors to the browser for drawing the planned pattern of stitches in the browser for inspection by the user. The drawing can include a freehand drawing, handwriting, or a signature, drawn or written by the user in the browser window. The desired stitching parameters can include angle, width, underlay type, density, or pull compensation of the stitches. In some embodiments, width varies along a vector path, for instance, based on pressure applied by the user while drawing.
VIRTUAL LIGHT CURTAIN SYSTEM FOR STITCHING ALONG A PREDETERMINED PATH
Disclosed are various systems and features for use with a machine, such as a sewing machine, to facilitate virtual light curtain systems that may enable features such as detection of ingress or egress of objects into an operational area and gestural input. Such systems and features may be useful in the context of performing an action along a self-guided path on a substrate.
Sewing machine
A sewing machine determines a pattern from multiple patterns, as a first pattern. The sewing machine generates a projection image including a first image representing a sewing image of the first pattern in a sewing expected size thereof. The sewing machine projects the generated projection image onto a projection area. The sewing machine sews the first pattern on a workpiece in the sewing expected size based on pattern data for the first pattern.
Embroidery data generation system, storage medium storing terminal program, and storage medium storing apparatus program
An embroidery data generation system includes a terminal apparatus and an embroidery data generation apparatus. A terminal controller acquires a generation condition of embroidery data inputted via an input device, transmits the acquired generation condition to the embroidery data generation apparatus via a terminal communication interface, and controls a display to display a preview image indicating an embroidery finish of an embroidery pattern based on image data transmitted from the embroidery data generation apparatus. An apparatus controller receives the generation condition transmitted from the terminal apparatus via an apparatus communication interface, generates the embroidery data for sewing the embroidery pattern based on the received generation condition, generates the image data for displaying the preview image on the display based on the received generation condition, and transmits the generated image data to the terminal apparatus having transmitted the generation condition.
EMBROIDERY QUILTING APPARATUS, METHOD, AND COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
Presented are a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for stitching. The method includes examining, by an examiner, an embroidery design, wherein the examiner is operably coupled to a controller and a sewing head, and wherein the controller comprises a memory having a capacity, and wherein the controller is operable to cause the sewing head to stitch a work piece. The method further includes determining, by the examiner, a needle drop location of each stitch of the embroidery design, and dividing, by the examiner, the examined embroidery design into a plurality of separate sections. The method still further includes transmitting the plurality of separate sections at a plurality of different times to the controller such that the controller the plurality of separate sections do not exceed the capacity of the memory at any one of the plurality of different times.
FRAME HOLDING DEVICE AND EMBROIDERY FRAME SET
A frame holding device holds an embroidery frame provided with a first frame and a second frame. The second frame includes a mounting portion. The frame holding device includes a fixing portion, a base portion, an engaging portion, and a regulation portion. The base portion is connected to the fixing portion. The base portion extends in a first direction and includes a placement surface. The engaging portion is configured to engage with an engaged portion provided on the mounting portion. The regulation portion is configured to restrict the second frame from moving in a third direction by coming into contact with the mounting portion in a state in which the engaged portion and the engaging portion are engaged with each other. The third direction is a direction intersecting with the first direction and the placement surface.
Monitoring system, sewing machine, and monitoring method
A sewing machine detects a sewing status after a change, when the sewing status changes. When the sewing machine receives a status request requesting the sewing status, from an information terminal via a LAN, the sewing machine transmits, to the information terminal, sewing status information that accords with the detected sewing status. When the detected sewing status satisfies a predetermined condition, the sewing machine transmits a notification request, which includes identification information identifying the information terminal, to a server, in order to cause the server to transmit, to the information terminal, a notification command instructing a push notification in the information terminal.
SEWING APPARATUS
A sewing apparatus includes a sewing machine, an electronic paper and a processor. The processor is disposed in the sewing machine, is electrically connected to the electronic paper and the sewing machine, and stores one set of program codes. The processor controls the sewing machine to perform a sewing procedure upon executing the set of program codes when the sewing machine is in an activated state, and controls the electronic paper to display default content related to an operation manual of the sewing machine when the sewing machine is in an inactivated state.
NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM STORING SEWING DATA GENERATION PROGRAM, AND SEWING DATA GENERATION DEVICE
A computer-readable medium stores instructions for a processor in a sewing data generation device. When the instructions are executed, the processor acquires pattern data of embroidery pattern including partial patterns using different thread. If first common data indicating the same thread is included in first data of a first embroidery pattern and second data of a second embroidery pattern, the processor sets a sewing order in the first data, while causing the partial pattern using the thread of the first common data to be the partial pattern that is last in the sewing order in the first embroidery pattern, and sets a sewing order in the second data, while causing the partial pattern using the thread of the first common data to be the partial pattern that is first in the sewing order in the second embroidery pattern that is the embroidery pattern subsequently to the first embroidery pattern.
SEWING MACHINE
Provided is a sewing machine that enables a user to grasp the position of an interested point that is present inside and outside a stitchwork pattern without relying upon the user's imagination. This sewing machine includes an operation screen that displays, in a screen region, a frame image and a stitchwork image, and receives a user input of an interested point within a stitchwork frame displayed in the screen region. Moreover, the stitchwork frame is horizontally moved until a needle points out a point within the stitchwork frame and corresponding to the interested point input using the operation screen.
