An oil-in-water emulsion lip cosmetic that is not sticky when applied and superior to provide watery feel, glossy appearance, transparent and long-lasting glossy appearance when applied, comprises (A) an oil phase further comprising (a1) and (a2), wherein (a1) is 5 to 70% by mass of a non-volatile hydrocarbon oil including hydrogenated polyisobutene, and (a2) is 5 to 70% by mass of methylphenyl silicone that separates from (a1) when (a1) and (a2) are mixed with at 25 C.; and (B) an aqueous phase further comprising (b1) and (b2), wherein (b1) is 10 to 80% by mass of an aqueous component, and (b2) is 0.01 to 10% by mass of a colorant.

The method includes adding one or more basic sunscreen compounds, wherein the one or more sunscreen compounds includes at least one sun blocking active agent, adding a pigmented solution to the one or more basic sunscreen compounds, wherein the pigmented solution includes one or more pigments, determining a first amount of the one or more basic sunscreen compounds and a second amount of the pigmented solution for mixing, wherein the determining the first amount and the second amount is performed based on at least a skin tone of the user, and mechanically mixing the first amount and the second amount.

Disclosed is a method for providing customized skin color matching sunscreen for a user. Colorblock layered nail polish
The present invention provides for a nail polish composition that is filled into a nail polish bottle, wherein the composition comprises a first nail polish layer comprising a first coloring material, which exhibits a first characteristic color, dissolved therein, and a second nail polish layer comprising a second coloring material, which exhibits a second characteristic color, dissolved therein. A first film layer formed over the first nail polish layer separates the first and second nail polish layers. Also, the first and second nail polish layers are disposed in the nail polish bottle at an angle relative to each other. In this manner, the first nail polish layer and the second nail polish layer are immiscible. Also, the first coloring material is insoluble in the second nail polish layer; and the second coloring material is insoluble in the first nail polish layer. Further, agitation of the nail polish composition causes the first and second nail polish layers to form an emulsion. The emulsion exhibits an apparent color that is different from the color of the first or second nail polish layers such that the apparent color is formed by combining the colors exhibited by the first and second coloring materials.

Disclosed is a cosmetic composition composed of an aqueous phase and a separate water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsion including at least 20% by weight of an oil phase in relation to the total weight of the composition; and the composition including an emulsifying system containing an inulin derivative, a lysophospholipid, a poloxamer, a polypropylene glycol buteth, and a derivative of hydrogenated castor oil.
