The fabric includes a fibrous substrate including a first outermost surface and a second outermost surface, in which a digitally printed or sprayed alcohol repellent composition is located on at least a portion the first outermost surface, at least a portion of the second outermost surface, or both. The fabric also includes an antistatic composition located on at least a portion the first outermost surface, at least a portion of the second outermost surface, or both.
CU-CONTAINING NON-WOVEN FABRIC AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
This application provides a Cu-containing non-woven fabric with antibacterial and antiviral properties and application thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: web-forming, pre-wetting, and spunlace bonding a fiber in sequence to obtain the spunlace non-woven base fabric; padding and sizing the spunlace non-woven base fabric in an organic copper complex solution to obtain a Cu-containing spunlace non-woven fabric, wherein the Cu-containing spunlace non-woven fabric contains copper of ≥500 ppm; and drying and winding the Cu-containing spunlace non-woven fabric after being padded and sized. The method is simple and easy to achieve industrialization. This application also provides a Cu-containing non-woven fabric with antibacterial and antiviral properties having excellent antibacterial and antivirus properties. This application also provides an application of the Cu-containing non-woven fabric with antibacterial and antiviral properties which has an advantage of being widely used.
ANTI-CUTTING RUBBER-COATED YARN
An anti-cutting rubber-coated yarn includes a yarn body and a mixed rubber layer coated on the yarn body. A plurality of tiny pits is distributed on a surface of the yarn body, and the mixed rubber layer is attached in the tiny pits and is coated on an outside of the yarn body. According to the present invention, numerous tiny pits are made by etching on the surface of the existing yarn body, and simultaneously, molecular bonds on the surface of the yarn body are broken. In a dipping process, molecular bonding occurs between the rubber and the yarn body while the tiny pits are filled with the rubber and the tiny hard particles, thereby further enhancing adsorption fastness of the mixed rubber layer.
Ball-shaped photoheating fiber composite and method for producing same
A ball-shaped light heat generating fiber aggregate and a method for producing the same include a light heat generating material that is sprayed and applied to any one filament or a mixture of two or more filaments selected from the group consisting of a polyamide-based filament, a polyester-based filament, and a polypropylene-based filament, opening and mixing the same to separate the filaments, and producing a ball-shaped fiber aggregate.
Active yarns and textiles for the stabilization and controlled release of active compounds
The present invention regards yarns comprising at least 1% by weight of fibre of a syndiotactic polystyrene containing a co-crystalline phase comprising at least one active guest compound, textiles comprising the aforementioned yarns and methods for preparing the same.
ACOUSTIC ABSORBING FILLER AND RELATED ACOUSTIC ARTICLE
An acoustic absorbing filler, the acoustic absorbing filler comprising agglomerates comprising a first phase comprising a plurality of porous particulates and a second phase comprising a binder; wherein the acoustic absorbing filler has a median sieved particle size of from 100 micrometer to 700 micrometers and a specific surface area of from 50 m.sup.2/g to 900 m.sup.2/g; wherein the acoustic absorbing filler has a normal incidence acoustic absorption of no less than 0.20 alpha at 400 Hz.
ELECTRET WEBS WITH CARBOXYLIC ACID OR CARBOXYLATE SALT CHARGE-ENHANCING ADDITIVES
Electret webs include a thermoplastic resin and a charge-enhancing additive. The charge-enhancing additive is a substituted-benzoic acid or a substituted-benzoate salt. The benzoic acid and benzoate salts are substituted by a hydroxyl or amino group at the ortho position or 1 position of the benzene ring. The benzene ring may contain additional substituent groups. The substituted-benzoate salt may have a monovalent, divalent, or trivalent metal counteraction.
ELECTRET WEBS WITH BENZOATE SALT CHARGE-ENHANCING ADDITIVES
Electret webs include a thermoplastic resin and a charge-enhancing additive. The charge-enhancing additive is a substituted- or unsubstituted benzoate salt. The substituted benzoate salts are substituted by a hydroxyl group. The substituted-benzoate salt may have a divalent metal countercation.
METAL-SUPPORTING NONWOVEN FABRIC AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF, CATALYST, UNSATURATED COMPOUND HYDROGENATION METHOD, AND CARBON-CARBON BOND FORMING METHOD
A metal-supported nonwoven fabric is provided which enables effective synthesis of a target product when used as a catalyst in a flow reaction. The metal-supported nonwoven fabric comprises a nonwoven fabric containing polyolefin fibers or PET fibers, and metal particles. The nonwoven fabric has grafted side chains bound thereto formed of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyacrylic acid, or a polymer containing functional groups with unshared electron pairs. The metal particles are supported by the grafted side chains via pyrrolidone groups of the polyvinylpyrrolidone, carboxy groups of the polyacrylic acid, or the functional groups with unshared electron pairs.
SYNTHETIC FIBER FIRST PROCESSING AGENT, SYNTHETIC FIBER PROCESSING AGENT, AQUEOUS SOLUTION PREPARATION METHOD, SYNTHETIC FIBER PROCESSING METHOD, SYNTHETIC FIBERS, SHORT FIBERS, SPUN YARD AND NON-WOVEN FABRIC
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a synthetic fiber first processing agent which improves storage stability. This synthetic fiber first processing agent contains a phosphate compound (A), a solvent (S) and an optional non-ionic surfactant (C), said agent being characterized in that the content ratio of the phosphate compound (A) to the non-ionic surfactant (C) is within a prescribed range, and by being used in conjunction with a synthetic fiber second processing agent which contains a non-ionic surfactant (E). The phosphate compound (A) contains a prescribed organic phosphate ester compound, and the proton NMR integration ratio attributable to an inorganic phosphate compound during proton NMR measurement when performing an alkali over-neutralization preprocessing is set to a prescribed range. The solvent (S) has a boiling point no higher than 105° C. at atmospheric pressure. The non-ionic surfactant (C) has a (poly)oxyalkylene structure in the molecule thereof.
