Filtration Filter And Method For Producing The Same
A filtration filter for filtering out impurities has a support with a fibrous structure. A filtration membrane is integrally formed inside the support. The filtration membrane includes a porous resin and is capable of filtering out impurities. The filtration membrane includes a porous resin membrane having an average pore size of 0.026 μm and an opening ratio of 6% to 30%.
METHOD FOR FIBER MODIFICATION
A method for fiber modification provided in the present disclosure comprises steps: fibers react with a hypochlorous acid oxidant for development of antioxidant fibers, separate the antioxidant fibers from the hypochlorous acid oxidant and dry the antioxidant fibers for development of modified fibers which feature better oxidation resistance.
Polymer-coated fabric
Waterproof composite fabrics comprising a textile layer and a continuous polymer layer that comprises adjoining first and second regions with different physical or visual properties, and knife-over-roll coating methods for 5 manufacturing said composite fabrics. The waterproof composite fabrics described are particularly suitable for covering medical support surfaces, for instance mattresses.
PLASMA ION PROCESSING OF SUBSTRATES
A method for plasma ion processing is described, including flowing a gas into porous material; and exposing the gas to a pulsed electric field whilst the gas is in the pores. The pulsed electric field ionises the gas to generate a plasma. The method may additionally include exposing the porous material to a gas so as to generate functionality. The method may additionally include exposing the functionalised porous material to a functional species so as to covalently attach said functional species to the surfaces of the pores.
Novel Esters of Polylactic Acid And Compositions Thereof
Esters of polylactic acid, including polyethylene glycol esters of polylactic acid are disclosed. Exemplary esters of polylactic acid can be used as textile finishes. Methods of making the esters of polylactic acid via direct and transesterification reactions are also disclosed.
SIMULTANEOUSLY DYEING AND FLAME-RETARDANT FINISHING METHOD FOR POLYESTER BASED TEXTILE
Provided by the present invention is a method for simultaneously dyeing and flame-retardant finishing a polyester-based fiber product, which is excellent regarding dyeing reproducibility, the method including immersing and heating a polyester-based fiber product in a processing bath containing a specific yellow disperse dye and a phosphoramidate represented by Formula (V):

ALL SOLID STATE BATTERY
A main object of the present disclosure is to provide an all solid state battery with excellent cycle characteristics. The present disclosure achieves the object by providing an all solid state battery comprising, in an order of, a cathode CA1, a first solid electrolyte layer, an anode AN, a second solid electrolyte layer, and a cathode CA2, along a thickness direction, wherein: the first solid electrolyte layer contains a first nonwoven fabric, and a first solid electrolyte arranged inside the first nonwoven fabric; the second solid electrolyte layer contains a second nonwoven fabric, and a second solid electrolyte arranged inside the second nonwoven fabric; and in a plan view along the thickness direction, an angle formed by a first fabric direction in the first nonwoven fabric and a second fabric direction in the second nonwoven fabric is 45° or more and 90° or less.
Ceramic Surface Modification Materials
Porous, binderless ceramic surface modification materials are described, and applications of use thereof. The ceramic surface material is in the form of an interconnected network of porous ceramic material on a substrate. The ceramic material may include a metal oxide, a metal hydroxide, and/or hydrates thereof, or a metal carbonate or metal phosphate, on a substrate surface. The substrate may be in the form of a metal or polymer particulate, powder, extrudate, or flakes.
FIBER STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A fiber structure contains polyester fibers 1 and a hydrophilic polyester resin treatment agent, wherein part 2a of a molecule 2 of the hydrophilic polyester resin treatment agent is absorbed in at least part of the polyester fibers 1, and the remainder 2b of the molecule extends along the surface of the polyester fibers 1 to hydrophilize the surface. The fiber structure has the properties below: (1) antifouling properties of grade 4 or higher according to the gray scale assessment determined by applying 200 g of muddy water, which is a mixture of normal staining soil and sand and distilled water at a ratio of 1:1, to the fiber structure, followed by standing for 24 hours, washing, and drying; (2) water absorbability of 10 seconds or less according to the falling-drop method; and (3) diffusivity of 55 minutes or less according to the diffusible residual water content test (dropping 0.6 mL of water). Thus, the present invention provides a fiber structure not involving curing to keep a good texture while having high antifouling properties, water absorbability, diffusivity, etc.
GRANULES CONTAINING COMPLEX FIBERS OF FIBERS WITH INORGANIC PARTICLES
The present invention aims to provide highly flowable granules comprising a complex fiber of a fiber with inorganic particles. Granules comprising a complex fiber of a fiber with inorganic particles are provided by the present invention. The granules of the present invention have a particle size of 0.1 to 10 mm and a water content of less than 60%.
