Wet Processing Technique for Producing Terry Fabrics
20220010487 · 2022-01-13 · ·

An improved wet processing method for producing improved terry fabrics is provided. Woven fabric is treated based on enzymatic treatment process including de-sizing using optimized dosage of predetermined de-sizing ingredients, washed and bio-washed using optimized dosage of bio-washing ingredients. Enzyme treated fabric is pre-treated and subjected to hot air beat-up process comprising mechanically treating pre-treated fabric with optimized hot air beat-up parameters. Air is blown onto pre-treated fabric from both directions for predetermined duration and at predetermined frequency causing to and fro movement of fabric in tumbling chambers of tumbling machine resulting in an instantaneous impact produced on every pile loop of pre-treated fabric such that fibers rearrange in a path of least resistance to produce relaxed, open and aligned fiber structure in the fabric. Mechanically treated hot air-beaten up fabric is dyed and includes finishing the dyed fabric with softener and subjected to tumbling using optimized finishing parameters.

Melanin-based chemical protective materials

The application of melanin to fabric improves resistance to chemical pass-through, with possible application in protective garments, shelters, and filtration materials.

DYEING SYSTEM

A dyeing system includes a transport device that transports a transport unit including a resin body, a transfer device that transfers a dye to the resin body in a state where a base body to which the dye is adhered faces the resin body, a laser fixing device that heats the resin body to which the dye is transferred by irradiating a surface of the resin body with laser light, an oven fixing device that heats a whole of the resin body to which the dye is transferred by the transfer device, a laser-applied transport path through which the transport unit including the resin body on which the dye is to be fixed by the laser fixing device is transported, and an oven-applied transport path through which the transport unit including the resin body on which the dye is to be fixed by the oven fixing device is transported.

Method for improving the sharpness and stability of printed textile fabrics

The present invention refers to a method for improving the sharpness and stability of prints by digital printing on hair fabrics and a textile product obtained by the method, which is aimed at solving the problem of capturing a predetermined digital image on a fabric of hair, where the image has characteristics of definition, contrast and durability of the print without neglecting or affecting the texture and joints of the tissue on which it is shaped. Preferably without intending to limit the scope of the invention, the woven material can be bedding such as blankets, quilts and the like, clothing, woven items for personal use, among others made of hair fabrics.

Method for Manufacturing Fabric with High-efficiency and High-precision Flat Screen and Digital Printed Patterns with Energy Saving and Emission-reduction Effect
20220213630 · 2022-07-07 ·

A method for manufacturing fabric with flat screen and digital printed patterns includes: singeing, pretreatment, flat screen scraping sizing, drying, pattern printing, humidification, steaming treatment, washing, and non-ironing and soft setting. The pretreatment is a biological enzyme pretreatment process including: cloth feeding at 75° C., dipping, scouring and bleaching in a working fluid, heating to 90° C. for treatment of 30 minutes, draining, hot water washing and cold water washing. A shortened process flow can be realized, and the positioned sizing that uses a flat screen to scrape a sizing agent to a pattern position to be digital spray-printed on instead of traditional full-width sizing for sizing and printing, which greatly reduces the amount of sizing agent used, lowers production cost and reduces waste water pollution, and solves problem that the fabric is mottled caused by the application of sizing agent in areas without printed pattern due to full-width sizing.

Fabric printable medium

A fabric printable medium includes a fabric base substrate including yarn strands and voids among the yarn strands; a finishing coating attached to the yarn strands of the fabric base substrate to form coated yarn strands; and pore spaces among the coated yarn strands and coinciding with at least some of the voids of the fabric base substrate. The finishing coating includes a crosslinked polymeric network. The fabric printable medium further includes a fire retardant coating applied to aback-side of the coated yarn strands.

Fixer fluids

A fixer fluid can include a fixer vehicle with water, an NH-type or N-alkylated lactam co-solvent, and a phosphate ester surfactant. The fixer fluid can further include from 0.5 wt % to 12 wt % an azetidinium-containing polyamine polymer dispersed in the fixer vehicle.

THERMAL TRANSFER METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR BLENDED FABRICS AND RELATED BLENDED FABRIC AND ITEMS

A thermal transfer method for blended fabrics and related system, blended fabric and items comprising the blended fabric are described. The thermal transfer method comprises: printing a designed pattern on a thermal transfer paper with a digital printer to obtain the thermal transfer paper having the pattern; mixing one or more epoxy resins, with one or more polyamine and solvent to prepare a pretreatment liquid; immersing a blended fabric in the pretreatment liquid, then being subject to pressing and drying to obtain a treated blended fabric; attaching the thermal transfer paper having the pattern to the treated blended fabric to obtain a thermal transfer paper attached to the treated blended fabric, and then performing a thermal pressure treatment of the thermal transfer paper attached to the treated blended fabric to obtain a thermally transferred blended fabric.

Environmentally-friendly processing method for dyeing denim fabric with zero discharge

The present invention relates to the field of denim fabric processing, specifically to an environmentally-friendly processing method for dyeing denim fabric with zero discharge. The method includes: step 1, a treatment of white warp yarns; step 2, a primary drying operation; step 3, a coating spray-dyeing operation; step 4, a secondary drying operation; step 5, a sizing operation; step 6, a ternary drying operation; and step 7, a doffing operation. In the present application, as warp yarns are dyed using the coating spray-dyeing technology, highly corrosive auxiliaries such as sodium hydrosulfite and sodium sulfide are not needed in the dyeing process, and the dyed warp yarns are not required to be treated in a washing tank, so that zero effluent discharge is achieved.
