Synthetic resin skin material and manufacturing method thereof
A synthetic resin skin material and a manufacturing method thereof, the synthetic resin skin material including, in this order: a base fabric; a thermoplastic resin layer having a storage elastic modulus at 160? C. of 2,000,000 Pa or less measured in accordance with JIS K 7244 (1998); and a skin layer containing a urethane resin, wherein the synthetic resin skin material has recesses at a side of the skin layer, the recesses having a depth, in a thickness direction of the synthetic resin skin material, that extends from the skin layer as far as an inner part of the thermoplastic resin layer, past a boundary that is present between the skin layer and the thermoplastic resin layer at a non-recessed region.
Coated shoe upper
The present invention concerns a shoe upper, including (a) a first sheet, (b) a second sheet, (c) a connecting region in which the first sheet is connected to the second sheet, and (d) a first coating. The first coating is applied onto a first region of the first sheet, a second region of the second sheet, and a third region of the connecting region. The first region, the second region, and the third region are connected.
COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR GARMENT, GARMENT FABRICATED WITH COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREOF
A composite material for garments, such as shapewear and sportswear garments, is formed of an outer layer that is highly elastic with high compression and an inner layer provided on the outer layer and made of a material that is elastic, waterproof and oil proof. The outer layer is a fabric base fabricated from a blend of polyester and spandex. The inner layer comprises a coating of polyurethane (PU) containing nano-titanium dioxide (nano-TiO.sub.2). When used to fabricate a garment, the inner layer of the composite material is adjacent to the body of the wearer when the garment is worn such that perspiration from the wearer's skin and/or skin contact products, such as oil/water based body creams and gels, applied to the wearer's skin are not absorbed by the inner layer and are thereby prevented by the inner layer from being transmitted to the fabric base.
COATING COMPOSITION AND ITS USES
A silicone/polyurethane synthetic leather topcoat composition is disclosed. The silicone/polyurethane synthetic leather topcoat composition is a hydrosilylation curable silicone elastomer composition which provides good adhesion to polyurethane and is used to provide a topcoat for a silicone/polyurethane composite synthetic leather material. The topcoat is the cured product of the composition. Also disclosed are methods of making the topcoat and the silicone/polyurethane composite synthetic leather material as well as uses of the silicone/polyurethane composite synthetic leather material.
Coated fabric products
This relates to the coating of air bags, which are used for safety purposes to protect occupants of vehicles such as automobiles, and of air bag fabrics intended to be made into air bags. In particular the invention relates to the top coating of air bags and air bag fabrics which have been pre-coated with a cured organic resin coating composition. The top-coat is an anti-blocking coating composition comprising at least one solid lubricant dispersed in an organic polymer binder. A process for applying the top-coat is also described.
COMPOSITE STRUCTURE WITH POLYURETHANE LAYERS, WHICH IS SUBSTANTIALLY FREE OF VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a composite structure with one or several polyurethane layers, which is substantially free of volatile organic compounds (VOC). In addition, the invention relates to the method of manufacturing such composite structure. Further, the invention relates to the use of such composite structure, in particular as artificial leather.
FABRIC PRINT MEDIA
The present disclosure is drawn to a fabric print medium including a fabric substrate, a primary coating layer, and a secondary coating layer. The fabric substrate can have a first side and a second side. The primary coating layer can be applied to the first side of the fabric substrate at a thickness from 2 m to 250 m with a dry coat weight ranging from about 5 gsm to about 300 gsm and can include a polymeric binder and filler particles. The secondary coating layer can be applied to the primary coating layer at a thickness from 1 m to 50 m with a dry coat weight ranging from 0.5 gsm to 50 gsm and can include a first crosslinked polymeric network and a second crosslinked polymeric network. The primary coating layer can be two or more times thicker than the secondary coating layer.
Coated Fabric Products
An air bag coated with a cured organopolysiloxane composition, characterized in that the air bag is top coated with an antifriction coating comprising at least one solid lubricant dispersed in an organic polymer binder.
