Form bracket for concrete panel form
A form bracket for supporting a wall of a concrete panel form at a casting slab includes a first planar member having a lower surface configured to engage a casting slab. A second planar member is coupled with the first planar member. The second planar member has a front surface disposed perpendicular to the lower surface of the first planar member and configured to engage a wall of a concrete panel form. In some implementations, the first and second planar members have different dimensions so as to be capable of being reoriented to accommodate different sized walls. A pair of support members extend between an upper portion of the first planar member and a rear portion of the second planar member. The pair of support members are spaced apart to define a void that is configured to matably receive a second form bracket in a stacked arrangement.

Cement form with extension
A cement form assembly includes cement and a cement form. The cement form can include a ground facing surface extending horizontally on a ground support surface and a cement facing surface extending vertically and contacting the cement. An extension member extends outward from the cement form and includes a surface that extends the ground facing surface or the cement facing surface. The cement form and the extension member are each made, at least partially, of a foam material.
Quick curb bracket
A concrete form bracket for holding in place concrete forms. The bracket may have horizontally extendable arms with pivotable concrete form engaging surfaces. One or more of the horizontally extending arms pivot from a central area and are independently extendable/adjustable to engage a concrete form at multiple locations.

Variable height mold
A slipform paving machine includes an offset mold, including a mold frame, a form insert, a form insert actuator and a form insert sensor. A controller receives a signal from an external reference sensor and controls a position of the form insert actuator to control the height of the form insert relative to the mold frame and thereby control a height of at least a portion of a molded structure relative to a ground surface at least in part in response to the signal from the external reference sensor.

Concrete form board sleeve connector
A concrete form board sleeve connector included a top section and a bottom section connected together. The top section and the bottom section form a rectangular shape with an interior volume. There are openings at opposing ends of the rectangular shape, the openings are configured to accept the ends of two different boards. A middle section is placed within the rectangular shape and is designed to prevent the board ends from going all the way through the rectangular object.
