INFORMATION DETECTING DEVICE AND ROAD-SURFACE DRAWING DEVICE
20230295886 · 2023-09-21 · ·

A light emitter emits detecting light to a detecting area located outside a monitoring device. A light receiver detects reflected light that is generated in accordance with reflection of the detecting light by an object located in the detecting area. A first processor is capable of executing first detecting processing that is a part of information detecting processing for detecting information of the object based on the reflected light. A second processor is capable of executing second detecting processing that is a part of the information detecting processing, and is at least partially different from the first detecting processing. A controller changes a ratio of each of the first detecting processing and the second detecting processing to the information detecting processing.

This application provides an intelligent two-dimensional traffic marking spraying device, to reduce the construction amount of workers, improve the construction quality and the work efficiency. The intelligent two-dimensional traffic marking spraying device includes a baseplate, a coating storage tank, a control box, a armrest, a row of nozzles, a speed sensor, a drive motor and four rotary shafts. When spraying traffic marking, the builders first select the marking, then set the next base point, and turn on the main switch. The coating contained in the coating storage box enters into the nozzle and sprays out. Meanwhile, the solenoid valve opens and closes at the corresponding position through the feedback information of the speed sensor and the control of the controller, so as to achieve the purpose of spraying two-dimensional traffic marking.

ENHANCED DETECTION USING SPECIAL ROAD COLORING

Disclosed herein are methods and systems for detecting dynamic objects using road painted patterns perceptible in infrared spectral range, comprising receiving images captured in one or more infrared spectral ranges depicting a road segment painted with background patterns which are highly imperceptible in visible light spectrum while highly visible in one or more infrared spectral ranges, analyzing the images to detecting one or more dynamic objects located in front of the background patterns. The light reflected by the one or more dynamic objects in the one or more infrared spectral ranges deviating from the light reflected by the one or more background pattern and computing a location of the one or more identified objects. Further disclosed are methods and systems for calibration of systems and/or sensors based on reference markings which are highly imperceptible in visible light spectrum while highly visible in the infrared spectral range(s).

Starting from a set of plans, such as, without limitation, blueprints, drawings, or Autocad® files, a system and method for calibrating such plans and transferring such plans into a computer readable file and loading a specially designed electronic version of such plans into a hardware-based system that locates, adjusts, transfers, and prints, to a desired scale, a lasting image of said construction plans drawn onto a building surface.

MARKING TRAFFICKED PAVEMENT SUBSTRATES USING A DRY POLYMER MODIFIED CEMENT
20220098123 · 2022-03-31 ·

Trafficked pavement substrates utilize markings to segregate traffic (e.g., divide lanes traveling in the same direction, divide sides of the road traveling in opposite directions). A dry polymer modified cement mixture may be used to provide the markings. The dry polymer modified cement mixture is prepared by mixing a dry polymer modified cement blend (ordinary Portland cement, aggregate and polymer powders) with water. The location of the lines is identified, and the dry polymer modified cement mixture is applied onto the identified areas as a thin layer. The dry polymer modified cement blend may include polymers to provide colored markings. Glass beads may be embedded into the dry polymer modified mixture before it cures to retroreflect light shined thereon. The trafficked pavement substrate may have troughs formed therein and the dry polymer modified cement markings may be formed therewithin so that the markings are flush.
