Support assembly for a building structure
A support assembly for supporting a building structure, the building structure having a support frame including at least one support beam, the support assembly comprising: a pile adapted to be buried into a ground surface, the pile having a longitudinal axis; a pile head adapted to be secured to a top end of a pile, the pile head including a mounting member engaging the pile and an extendable member movably mounted to the mounting member, the extendable member being movable relative to the mounting member, along the longitudinal axis, the extendable member including: a support platform adapted to receive the support beam of the mobile home's support frame thereon; and at least one holding member adapted to engage the support beam and prevent movement of the support beam relative to the support platform.
Systems and methods for reducing scouring
Systems and methods for reducing scouring around piles are described. The system includes a pile and an enclosure. The pile has a maximum cross-sectional dimension, D.sub.p. The enclosure is circumferentially disposed around the pile, the enclosure having a first end proximate a surface of a seabed; a second end distal the surface of the seabed; and a maximum cross-sectional dimension, D.sub.e, wherein D.sub.e is at least 1.25*D.sub.p.
Modular Building System
This invention relates to a versatile, modular building system for constructing a building frame. The components of the modular system are formed from high-density materials, and include one or more base units, one or more floor units connected to the base units, a plurality of end panel units, the end panels units connected to the base units and/or floor units, at least one front beam unit, the front beam unit adapted to connect to at least two end panel units, and one or more front panel units, the front panel unit adapted to connect to at least two end panel units and/or at least one floor unit. Also described are various additional modular units that may be incorporated into the modular building system described. The modular system is designed to be pre-fabricated off site and quickly erected on building sites with a range of contours.

Laterally and vertically adjustable foundation structure
A foundation structure is made up of a screw that is vertically adjustable into a pile to a desired height, a ball joint connected to the screw, and load bearing components that can be adjusted on the ball joint in 3-dimensional space with respect to the position of the pile. The load bearing components include at least two plates that, between them, define a hollow slot into which an anchor bolt can be held in place vertically while still having allowance for lateral motion. A load bearing plate at the top of the structure can be laterally translated based on movement of the anchor bolt. The load bearing plate is removably couplable to the floor of a building. The structure allows for vertical, lateral, and angular adjustment, providing tolerance for foundation misalignments due to inconsistencies inherent to topography and/or offset between an intended and an actual point of installation.
Foundation pier system and method of use
A foundation support system and method of installing the foundation support system. The foundation support system includes a pier system for providing support beneath a foundation, a support member, and a heave plate attachable to a bottom surface of the foundation. The method includes driving a pier system using a ram, coupling a support member to the heave plate, and engaging the support member with the pier system.
AUGER ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to an auger arrangement and a method for forming an auger arrangement having a first drill part and a second drill part which are of tubular or bar-shaped design and in which at least one drill part is provided on its external side with an auger flight, wherein on at least one of their end regions the drill parts have matching connecting sections, wherein a first connecting section is designed as a sleeve-like female part with keyway elements and a second connecting section is designed as a mandrel-like male part with keyway elements, wherein male part and female part are plugged axially into each other to form a releasable, torque-proof connection. According to the invention provision is made in that on an internal wall of the female part an annular internal groove is applied, in that on an external wall of the male part an annular external groove is applied, in that in a plugged-together state of female part and male part the internal groove and the external groove lie opposite each other and form an annular space, on an external wall of the female part at least one introduction opening with a passage to the annular internal groove is designed and in that in order to form an axial securing a flexible steel cable is inserted via the introduction opening into the annular space and fills this out completely or to a large degree.
Supports for helical piles and anchors
The present disclosure provides a lateral support for a shaft of a helical pile, the lateral support including a tubular portion for receiving the shaft and a plurality of fins extending from the tubular portion.
ADJUSTABLE CAP FOR COLUMN FOUNDATION
A head for a column-type foundation is adjustable with respect to its foundation. A top member has a support member for mating with and securing a leg of a structure and a central aperture for receiving an anchor rod of the column-type foundation. A sidewall casing extends downwardly from the top member and at least three positioning members engage the foundation. A seal is located on an inside of the sidewall casing near a bottom of the sidewall casing. The head is filled with a settable material when connected to the foundation.
Data capture device and system
A data capture device and a data capture system are provided. The data capture device is configured to navigate along an elongate structure. The data capture device includes a surface scanner, for scanning a surface of the elongate structure; and a sensor, for capturing data relating to the elongate structure. The surface scanner and the sensor are configured to capture data relating to a common region.
