A METHOD OF INSTALLING A FOUNDATION AND A FOUNDATION FOR A STRUCTURE
A method of installing a foundation (1) for a structure. The foundation body (2) has a toe (7) at its distal end which defines an aperture into an internal cavity (12) defined by an inner wall (8). Fluid is jetted from a plurality of nozzles (9) to direct fluid distally into the soil (5) ahead of the toe (7) during installation. A pump arrangement (13) controlled by a controller (16) is used to vary the quantity of fluid at a proximal end to thereby vary the fluid suspension pressure adjacent the toe (7) in a fluid communication channel (11) extending between the proximal end and the toe (7). The controller varies the fluid suspension pressure as the toe (7) inserts deeper into the soil (5) based on a target fluid suspension pressure as a function of toe depth.
METHOD AND DEVICE TO CREATE A FOUNDATION AS WELL AS A FOUNDATION
A method and a device to create a foundation in which a foundation pipe is driven into the soil. At least one bore is created into the soil in the perimeter area of the foundation pipe to insert before ramming by means of a drilling tool the diameter of which is significantly smaller than a diameter of the foundation pile. The soil material removed during drilling remains essentially within the bore. Furthermore, a foundation with a foundation pipe which is created accordingly.

A FOUNDATION PILE
The invention is directed to a foundation pile (1) comprising a tubular housing (2) having an upper end (3) and an open lower end (4) and wherein at the upper end or near or at the open lower end (4) vibration means are present and wherein at the open lower end means (6) to discharge a fluid into the interior space (20) of the tubular housing and means (7) to discharge a fluid from the lower end (4) of the tubular housing (2) in a direction which has a downward directional component. The means (6) to discharge a fluid into the interior space (20) of the tubular housing have can fluidise the soil present in this interior space.

Vibrating Foundations
The subject matter relates to a method and an apparatus for vibrating-in a foundation into a building ground by initiating vibrations generated by means of a vibrating device attached to the foundation, the vibrations causing liquefaction of the building ground so that the foundation penetrates the building ground.
Hydraulic down-the-hole hammer and subsea pile
The present invention relates to a hydraulic down-the-hole hammer. The hammer comprises an elongate shaft and a piston having a central bore therethrough, the piston slidably mounted for reciprocal movement on the shaft and arranged to impact a percussion bit. Forward and rear drive chambers for the piston are disposed between the piston and the shaft and the forward chamber is separated from the rear chamber by an annular shoulder formed internally of the piston bore. The hammer also comprises a control valve to control reciprocation of the piston, wherein the control valve is arranged within the central bore of the piston. The hammer may be a disposable water hammer in which the piston is an outermost component of the hammer.

Arrangement and method for installing casing
An arrangement and a method for installing a casing in a borehole are described. The arrangement includes a casing, a boring pipe, which is adapted within the casing, and the boring pipe includes flow channels for compressed air and a flushing medium. The flushing medium flow channel is arranged to lead the flushing medium to the bottom of the borehole. The arrangement also includes a percussion hammer, which includes a compressed air operated percussion piston adapted in a cylinder of the percussion hammer, as well as hole drilling means for drilling a hole for the casing. The flushing medium flow channel is adapted to bypass the percussion piston or which flushing medium flow channel is adapted to pass through the percussion piston, and in which arrangement the drilling means additionally includes splines transmitting a rotating motion and adapted to conduct the compressed air that used the percussion piston through the splines.
HYDRO CAP HEAD
A hydro cap head is described as part of a piling installation system. The hydro cap head includes a securing structure configured to attach the hydro cap head to a piling having an internal cavity. A spout opening is configured to receive pressurized water and a spout extent is configured to direct the pressurized water through the hydro cap head and into the internal cavity of the piling. The hydro cap head also includes a hoist structure configured to support a combined weight of the hydro cap head and the piling.
