Adjustable Pit Extension Assembly
A meter pit tile extension assembly is provided. Illustratively, an inner ring is attachable to a pit tile. The inner ring includes a first set of a plurality of outwardly extending ribs. A first space located adjacent the first set of the plurality of outwardly extending ribs. An outer ring is provided that is telescopingly positioned over, and vertically movable with respect to, the inner ring. The outer ring includes a first set of a plurality of inwardly extending ribs. The first set of the plurality of inwardly extending ribs of the outer ring are selectively positionable in a first position in the first space between the first set of the plurality of outwardly extending ribs. The outer ring is also rotatable with respect to the inner ring. Rotation of the outer ring with respect to the inner ring causes the first set of the plurality of inwardly extending ribs to be selectively positionable in a second position such that at least one inwardly extending rib of the first set of the plurality of inwardly extending ribs is selectively positionable adjacent at least one outwardly extending rib of the first set of the plurality of outwardly extending ribs.
Smart system for manhole event suppression system
A system including a processor and sensor for installation inside an underground vault. The sensor monitors a parameter inside the vault and sends a monitoring signal to the processor. Based on the monitoring signal, the processor may provide data to a memory for storage and/or control signals to an interface for transmission to an external device located within the vault. The control signals instruct the external device to modify the environment inside the vault. The sensor may be positioned inside an enclosure, which is inside a housing. An air moving device moves air into or out of the enclosure thereby drawing air from the vault into the enclosure before the sensor monitors the parameter. A heat generating component may be positioned inside the housing and when generating heat prevents moisture from condensing therein. The system may include a power unit that draws power from a power source inside the vault.

FLOATING FOUNDATION
A lift system and method for supporting a structure. The lift system includes a first buoyant sponson tank comprising a sponson tank that extends from a first end to a second end, a mechanical assembly extending from the second end of the sponson tank, the mechanical assembly to transfer a load of a structure disposed on the mechanical assembly to the sponson tank. The sponson tank is configured to be displaced by a volume of fluid that is external to the tank and the tank provides a predetermined buoyant force against the structure to cause the structure to be displaced vertically.
Riser sections and risers made therefrom
A riser section having a generally tapered, e.g., frustoconical wall, the riser section having a first connector assembly at one end of the riser section and a second connector assembly at the other end of the riser section.

Safety grating for riser of a septic tank
A safety grating has an arch shape cross section and is useful within a riser having a frusto-conical shape wall which riser is attached to a septic tank or another structure. The grating comprises a hub and radially extending arms, one or more of which is rotatable relative to the hub length at a hinge joint, to decrease the size of the grating and enable installation of the grating by passing the grating a smaller end opening of a riser.
Assembled recyclable rectangular working well with preset detachable door opening and construction method thereof
A method for constructing an assembled recyclable rectangular working well with preset detachable door openings comprises steps of: (I) designing according to functional requirements for a rectangular working well; (II) constructing by supporting piles; (III) installing prefabricated top beam; (IV) edge protection construction; (V) alternate construction of earthwork excavation, retaining slabs and internal support breast beams; (VI) installing the ladder entering the rectangular working well; (VII) rectangular working well back cover; (VIII) demolition of the detachable subsection support piles in the door part and completing the construction of the assembled recyclable rectangular working well in the preset detachable door hole; (IX) after the operation in the well is completed, during the backfilling process of the rectangular working well, gradually recovering the working well components such as the retaining slab, the internal support girder, the prefabricated crown beam and the supporting piles.
FOLDING BARRIER ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF USE
A grate hatch and folding barrier assembly has a pair of doors that open in a cabinet-style manner and lie flat or generally flat atop a support structure within which the grate hatch and folding barrier assembly is installed. A folding barrier gate assembly may be deployed from a collapsed position to complete a four-sided barrier around the hatch or opening. The folded barrier gate assembly has two opposing barrier gates, and a pair of secondary barrier gates that connect with and extend between the two opposing barrier gates to form the four-sided barrier around the hatch opening when fully deployed. When the barrier is no longer needed, the barrier assembly may be folded or collapsed and stored in the opening beneath or below the doors and the doors may then be closed.
LIFT STATION SAFETY SPIDER WEB
A safety apparatus includes a safety fabric that in use is positioned in an access opening of a subsurface chamber. The safety fabric has a mesh with a plurality of mesh openings and a band formed around a perimeter of the mesh. At least one safety indicator is attached to the band by at least one strap. The safety indicator may be positioned outside of the access opening by extension of the strap when the safety fabric is positioned in the access opening. The subsurface chamber with the access opening may be an inlet chamber of a lift station.
