A height-adjusting apparatus for a mobile foundation includes a rod with a threaded portion and a threaded plate, which is retained in an adjustable manner on the threaded portion and has a supporting surface. The height-adjusting apparatus also includes a tube, which has a cavity. The tube comprises at least one wall aperture on an outer side, as a result of which the rod projects into the cavity. Additionally, the height-adjusting apparatus is configured such that the rod can be rotated relative to the tube at least in part about an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tube.

Precise lifting method and lifting and reinforcing structure for plant equipment foundation

The present application relates to a precise lifting method and a lifting and reinforcing structure for a plant equipment foundation. The method includes the construction steps of: forming a curtain wall: drilling downwards at two sides of the plant equipment to form curtain holes and grouting the curtain holes, in which the grouting areas overlap each other to form two parallel curtain walls; forming a reinforcing body: drilling grouting holes inclining downwards, grouting the grouting holes to form the reinforcing body attached to a lower surface of a baseplate of the plant equipment foundation among a bottom of the baseplate and two curtain walls; and lifting: drilling lifting holes obliquely downwards to below the bottom of the reinforcing body and between two curtain walls; and conducting pressure grouting to the bottom of the lifting holes and then backward grouting upwards layer by layer.

Floating foundation

A lift system and method for supporting a structure. The lift system includes a first buoyant sponson tank comprising a sponson tank that extends from a first end to a second end, a mechanical assembly extending from the second end of the sponson tank, the mechanical assembly to transfer a load of a structure disposed on the mechanical assembly to the sponson tank. The sponson tank is configured to be displaced by a volume of fluid that is external to the tank and the tank provides a predetermined buoyant force against the structure to cause the structure to be displaced vertically.

A support stand (2) and a foundation system (1) for a building comprising the support stand (2) attachable to a structural beam (3) in which the support stand (2) comprises a pedestal (6) and a beam carrier (7) mounted on the pedestal (6) wherein the beam carrier (7) comprises a wingnut construction defining at least one substantially vertical wing (19,33) connectable with a structural beam (3).

Upending Elongate Structures Offshore

A crane (16) for upending an elongate structure such as a monopile (28) supports elongate rigging elements that are connected to the structure at respective connection axes spaced longitudinally along the structure. At least one of those elements, of fixed length (36), extends to a first connection axis and at least one other of those elements, of variable length (34), extends to a second connection axis. A frame (24) suspended from the crane (16) supports a winch (46) that pays out the variable-length element (34) of the rigging to lengthen that element. This lowers the second connection axis relative to the first connection axis, which serves as a pivot axis about which the structure is upended.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LIFTING A CONCRETE SLAB
20220282475 · 2022-09-08 · ·

A lifting system utilizing a lifting apparatus for lifting a floor (e.g., a concrete slab) using the lifting apparatus to support a floor from under the floor during lifting. The lifting apparatus may have a first portion (e.g., an extension member and saddle) installed under a slab. Piers are driven into the ground through the first portion of the lifting apparatus. Thereafter, a second portion of the lifting apparatus is operatively coupled to the to the first portion and the uppermost pier. A lifting device (e.g., hydraulic ram) is operatively coupled to the lifting apparatus and/or the pier and is used to lift the slab.

A foundation support system and method of installing the foundation support system. The foundation support system includes a pier system for providing support beneath a foundation, a support member, and a heave plate attachable to a bottom surface of the foundation. The method includes driving a pier system using a ram, coupling a support member to the heave plate, and engaging the support member with the pier system.

METHOD FOR STRENGTHENING AND LIFTING HIGH-RISE BUILDING HAVING RAFT FOUNDATION
20220098819 · 2022-03-31 ·

Disclosed is a method for strengthening and lifting a high-rise building that has a raft foundation, comprising: arranging a plurality of measuring points at intervals around the outer contour of a building, and determining the side to be lifted of the building according to the elevation of the measuring points; distributing a plurality of reinforcement grouting holes perpendicular to a raft foundation at intervals within the range of the raft foundation, and using pressure grouting in the reinforcement grouting holes to form a reinforcement under the raft foundation; laying downwardly inclined lifting holes on the outer side of the raft foundation at two ends close to the side to be lifted of the building; and performing simultaneous pressure grouting in the lifting holes to lift the side to be lifted of the building.

Adjustable foundation support bracket

The present devices and methods provide an adjustable foundation support that rests upon the top end of a pier driven to load bearing strata, and is configured to receive a jack within the bracket of the adjustable foundation support to adjust the height of the foundation by the jack pushing down upon the pier through the pier cap and pushing upwards upon the bracket. The foundation can be adjusted by the adjustable foundation support to provide a level foundation, either alone or in cooperation with one or more additional adjustable foundation supports. Once foundation has been adjusted to the required height, the height adjustment lock is engaged to the pier cap to support the weight of the foundation through the bracket, to maintain the required height for the service life of the adjustable foundation support, with the ability to readjust the height, should that be required in the future.

Apparatus and method for driving a pile into the ground before lifting and stabilizing the foundation of a building

Described are an apparatus and method for driving piles prior to lifting and stabilizing foundations that have subsided in unstable ground. A press head, comprising two non-slip arms actuated by a safety lever, is connected to an angle cleat-type foundation piece secured to the foundation by a pair of hydraulic rams in order to drive the piles into the ground as far as the bedrock when the rams contract. The apparatus includes a safety system actuated by the lever for controlling the arms. In order to level the building, other hydraulic rams are installed on each driven pile, all connected in series in order that they may be actuated simultaneously in order to lift the building. When the foundations have been adequately raised and levelled, each pile and the corresponding angle cleat-type foundation piece, both made of steel, are welded in order to stabilize the foundations.
