PILE GUIDE AND ADJUSTABLE MOUNTING
A pile guide has a collar with a void therein. A planar flange extends from a side of the collar. A first guide and a second guide form opposing guides constructed and arranged for receiving the planar flange of the pile guide therein. The planar flange is in a slidable relationship within the opposing guides, and the bracket is constructed and arranged for mounting to a dock. The opposing guides pivot relative to the dock during installation and allow pivoting of the pile guide relative to the dock or other mounting. The distance and angle of the collar relative to the dock or other mounting can be adjusted to accommodate for positioning of pile guides due to positioning of piles relative to a dock or other structure.
Assembled recyclable rectangular working well with preset detachable door opening and construction method thereof
A method for constructing an assembled recyclable rectangular working well with preset detachable door openings comprises steps of: (I) designing according to functional requirements for a rectangular working well; (II) constructing by supporting piles; (III) installing prefabricated top beam; (IV) edge protection construction; (V) alternate construction of earthwork excavation, retaining slabs and internal support breast beams; (VI) installing the ladder entering the rectangular working well; (VII) rectangular working well back cover; (VIII) demolition of the detachable subsection support piles in the door part and completing the construction of the assembled recyclable rectangular working well in the preset detachable door hole; (IX) after the operation in the well is completed, during the backfilling process of the rectangular working well, gradually recovering the working well components such as the retaining slab, the internal support girder, the prefabricated crown beam and the supporting piles.
POST-TENSIONED HELICAL ANCHORS SIMULTANEOUSLY SPIN-DRILLED AND GROUTED AND METHOD THEREFOR
An assembly and method of simultaneously spin drilling and pressure grouting a helical anchor into the ground vertically, horizontally or at an inclined angle create a continuous grouting configuration inside and outside the helical anchor for its entire depth in the ground. The helical anchor is configured to be partially or completely removed as desired and can be provided at its upper end with a tensioning element to post tension a cementitious foundation structure. A unique spin drilling and grouting assembly continuously provides grout under pressure to the interior of the helical anchor during its spin drilling into the ground. In one embodiment, the pressure grouted helical anchor is used with an upwardly extending tensioning element to reinforce cementitious foundation caps or other concrete support foundations.
End plate system for joining spun piles
The present invention discloses an end plate system for joining spun piles together comprises a top end plate (100) mounted at a bottom end of a first spun pile: and a bottom end plate (200) mounted at a top end of a second spun pile; wherein the end plates (100, 200) respectively have an interlocking surface that is formed with a plurality of segmental protrusions (110, 210) and segmental recesses (120, 220) arranged in an alternate configuration; characterized in that each segmental protrusion (110, 210) has a first radial interlocking profile (111, 211) and a second radial interlocking profile (112, 212) that extend towards the central portion of the end plates (100, 200); wherein the top end plate (100) and the bottom end plate (200) are mated by registering the segmental protrusion (110, 210) of one end plate to the segmental recess (120, 220) of another end plate and through a rotating movement about the central axis of the mated end plates (100, 200), a first interlocking joint (300) is formed by two adjacent first radial interlocking profiles (111, 211) in full surface contact, and a second interlocking joint (400) is created by inserting a pin (402) into a passageway (401) formed between two adjacent second radial interlocking profiles (112, 212).
Flexible joint connecting device of precast body segment, precast body segment joining-type underwater tunnel construction method using same, and underwater tunnel constructed thereby
The present disclosure relates to: a flexible joint connecting device used for sequentially coupling precast concrete segments so as to construct an underwater tunnel; an underwater tunnel construction method using the flexible joint connecting device so as to join, in a watertight manner, tunnel modules and integrally connect same, thereby constructing the underwater tunnel; and the underwater tunnel constructed by the construction method.
A JOINT
Disclosed is a joint for connecting first and second elongate members together end to end, the joint comprising: a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure at an opposed end of the second elongate member; one of the first and second connecting structures comprising at least one male connector unit having a longitudinally projecting male part which is tapered in the longitudinal direction; the other of the first and second connecting structures having at least one female connector unit defining a correspondingly tapered recess into which the male part is received; the other of the first and second connecting structures defining lateral locking pin holes aligned either side of the recess and the male part having a corresponding lateral locking pin hole; and a locking pin insertable through the corresponding locking pin holes.
Device for securing a connection to be formed between a leg of a marine structure and a pile of a fundament fastened in a seabed
A device and a method for securing a connection to be formed between a leg of a marine structure and a pile of a fundament fastened in a seabed. The connection has the leg partly inserted into an opening of the pile. The device is configured to be firmly connected to the leg. The device comprises a sleeve element configured, together with the leg of the marine structure, to be brought to vicinity of an upper portion of the pile. The device further has a clamping arrangement attached to the sleeve element comprising at least one clamping device configured to form an attachment between the sleeve element and the upper portion of the pile.
POST-TENSIONED WIND TURBINE FOUNDATION
A post-tensioning system that is configured for use with concrete wind turbine foundation designs to post-tension the foundations and reduce the amount of reinforcement steel that is needed compared to conventional non-post-tensioned, steel reinforced concrete foundation designs. In the case of an inverted T gravity foundation, the post-tensioning system described herein reduces the amount of reinforcement steel that is required by 30-40 tons.
A DEVICE FOR SECURING A CONNECTION TO BE FORMED BETWEEN A LEG OF A MARINE STRUCTURE AND A PILE OF A FUNDAMENT FASTENED IN A SEABED

TRENCH SHORING APPARATUS AND ITS METHOD OF USE
The trench shoring apparatus includes first and second side panels connected in a parallel spaced-apart configuration by a connecting rod pivotally connected to one end of one or more pairs of lateral arms. The other opposite end of the one or more pairs of lateral arms is hingedly connected to the side panels, such that translational movement of the connecting rod in a direction parallel to the side panels causes the spaced-apart panels to move between retracted and extended parallel spaced-apart configurations.
