A plurality of precast concrete tee beams may include single-tee beams and/or double-tee beams. Flanges of the tee beams may be positioned to form seaward and landward faces of the wall, and stems of the tee beams may be coupled to the footing between the seaward and landward faces. A second plurality of anchorages may be disposed at tops of the stems. Elongate steel components extend through the stems, and are tensioned between the first plurality of anchorages and the second plurality of anchorages. Interior fill may be disposed between the seaward and landward faces. One or more wave deflectors may be disposed above the tee beams.

RETROFIT REINFORCING STRUCTURE ADDITION AND METHOD FOR WIND TURBINE CONCRETE GRAVITY SPREAD FOUNDATIONS AND THE LIKE
20170233975 · 2017-08-17 ·

A retrofit reinforcing structure addition and method for an existing gravity spread foundation for a wind turbine or the like haying a central pedestal and a spread section is provided. The retrofit structure addition includes a collar formed around the pedestal of the spread foundation. The collar is formed by a shape sustaining member, such as a CMP, placed around the pedestal to define an annular ring between the CMP and the pedestal that is filled with cementitious material. Radial bolts extend horizontally through the collar and into the side of the pedestal. Soil and/or rock anchor bolts extend vertically through the collar, the spread portion of the foundation and into the underlying soil and/or rock substrate. The radial and anchor bolts are post-tensioned to ensure that the cementitious material of the collar remains in compression and the bolts are always in static tension, strengthening the original gravity spread foundation and extending the fatigue life thereof.

PILE CAP WITH INTEGRATED BEARING HOUSING

This disclosure relates to the design of pile cap assemblies configured to rotatably couple the torque tube of a photovoltaic solar tracker to multiple support piles that elevate the torque tube above the ground. The pile cap assemblies define low friction bearings that allow the torque tube to rotate smoothly within the low friction bearings. The pile cap assemblies also include numerous mounting hole configurations that allow for adjustment of a position of the pile cap assemblies with respect to the support piles. This allows for any small variation in positioning of the support piles to be accommodated.

TIEBACK ANCHOR ALIGNMENT AND ACCESS DEVICE
20170218592 · 2017-08-03 ·

A tieback alignment and access device has a hollow core and vertically aligned angled anchor subassemblies that provide attachment points for tieback anchors that pass laterally through the hollow core. The hollow core is configured to allow a cutting tool (e.g., a drill bit) to be inserted therein longitudinally and used to cut the tieback anchors at any time. When cast into a contiguous temporary support-of-excavation wall, the angled anchor subassemblies are set back from an outwardly facing surface of the wall resulting in a smooth surface.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR RECYCLABLE ANCHOR ROD

A construction method for a recyclable anchor rod. The recyclable anchor rod includes a reinforcing steel bar body and an unlocking device. The unlocking device includes a housing, a fixed panel, a top limiter, lifting screw limiters, a lifting screw, transmission gears, gear clamping arms, a thread limiter, and a pressure bearing plate. The construction method includes: 1, positioning; 2, drilling; 3, anchoring; 4, performing primary grouting; 5, performing secondary grouting; 6, tensioning and locking; and 7, recycling the reinforcing steel bar body. Shock-absorbing pressure-bearing devices are arranged between the lower end of the housing and the pressure bearing plate. The present disclosure effectively solves the problems that a conventional anchor rod hinders the construction of an adjacent underground structure and pollutes underground environment, and the problems that the existing recyclable anchor rod unlocking device is unstable, does not have earthquake resistance, and cannot realize 100% recovery of rod bodies.

FOUNDATION ANCHOR APPARATUS PROVIDING BOTH EASY FIXING AND INCREASED FIXING FORCE FOR POST
20210372071 · 2021-12-02 ·

An anchor foundation mechanism includes: a vertical cylindrical tubular body formed to be inserted into the ground and having a receiving space therein; a cover part fixed to the bottom of the body by bolts and configured to be easily inserted into the ground; a support integrally formed with the top of the body and having a plurality of through-holes and an installation fixing bolt flange so as to allow the support to be fixed to a facility post after being exposed on the ground; and an anchor assembly formed in the receiving space of the body and having anchor pins for driving the body deeply into the ground and then tightly fixing the body so as to support a load and prevent rotation, and prevent forced pulling out.

Foundation Structure of an Offshore Structure With a Transmission Cable and a Protection Element
20220205209 · 2022-06-30 ·

Described and disclosed is a foundation structure of an offshore structure, in particular of a wind turbine, with a floating foundation, including at least one floating body for floating on the surface of the sea, at least one anchor for anchoring the at least one floating body the seafloor and at least one holding element for holding the at least one floating body to the at least one anchor.
