IMPLEMENT TIP ASSEMBLY HAVING TIP WITH SUPPORT RIB

A ground engaging tip of a ground engaging tip assembly includes an adapter configured for attachment to the base edge of the implement and having a forwardly extending adapter nose. The ground engaging tip has a rear edge, a top outer surface, and a bottom outer surface. The top and bottom outer surfaces extend forward from the rear edge and converge at a front edge of the ground engaging tip. The tip has first and second side outer surfaces extending forward from the rear edge of the ground engaging tip to the front edge. The tip has a nose cavity for receiving the adapter nose therein. The tip has a support rib on at least one of the first or second side outer surfaces, the support rib being positioned at the rear edge and extending lengthwise from the bottom outer surface toward the top outer surface.

WEAR RESISTANT COMPONENT

A wear resistant component (1) includes a matrix portion (10) made of metal, and a framework portion (20) that is embedded in the matrix portion (10) and is higher in hardness than the matrix portion (10). The framework portion (20) has a three-dimensional lattice structure formed with a plurality of bar-shaped members 31, and has a shape that follows a shape of at least a portion of a surface (11-18, 10C) of the matrix portion (10).

LOCK ASSEMBLY FOR GROUND ENGAGING TOOL
20230064096 · 2023-03-02 ·

A locking assembly for locking a ground engaging tool such as a shroud to a bucket lip. The bucket lip has a C-shaped boss fixed thereto. The ground engaging tool has a recess to receive a lock, the recess having an opening which is shorter in axial length than the recess. The lock is arranged to pivot about the boss as the ground engaging tool is slid rearwardly relative to the bucket lip. When the lock is located entirely within the recess, it can be accessed through a rear tunnel and tightened to hold the assembly in place.

ADAPTER WITH THRU-HOLE AND RAIL

A base includes a male portion including a first projection, and a second projection facing in a diametrically opposed manner to the first projection. A stepped bore extends from the first projection to the second projection that has a large diameter portion that is at least partially formed by the first projection.

TIP WITH THRU-HOLE AND PIN RETAINING GEOMETRY

A wear member includes a forward working portion that is disposed along its longitudinal axis including a closed end, and a rear attachment portion that is disposed along the longitudinal axis including an open end with an exterior surface, and an interior surface. The interior surface defines an interior counterbore with a major diameter, and a minor diameter. A ratio of the major diameter to the minor diameter ranges from 1.8 to 2.2.

Wear member and wear assembly

A wear member for earth working equipment and a wear assembly including a plurality of such wear members. The wear member defines a longitudinal axis and comprises: a body defining a rearward opening cavity dimensioned to receive a base; first and second lateral portions extending from opposing sides of the body and defining a front edge for engaging earth. The first lateral portion defines a complementary formation to the second lateral formation to enable axial insertion and removal of a wear member mounted between adjacent wear members due to the open removal path defined by the complementary formations. The complementary formations also resist rotational movement of the wear member about the longitudinal axis.

Tooth attachment structure for bucket and tooth for bucket

A tooth attachment structure for a bucket includes a tooth, a pin member, and a lock member. The tooth includes a guide groove provided on an inner surface of the tooth and a pin hole provided in the guide groove. The pin member is disposed in the pin hole. The lock member is disposed in the guide groove. The lock member locks the pin member. The lock member engages the pin member by sliding toward the pin member.

WEAR ELEMENT FOR AN EARTH-MOVING MACHINE, CORRESPONDING MEASURING DEVICE AND MACHINE

Wear element for an earth-moving machine, corresponding measuring device and machine, in particular an excavating machine, loading machine, dredging machine, or the like. Said wear element is provided with a measuring device and further comprising energy harvesting means configured for capturing energy derived from an external source with respect to said measuring device and supplying said energy, in the form of electrical energy, to said measuring device.

WEAR ASSEMBLY

A wear part for earthmoving equipment may include an exterior surface having a hole, and a lifting connector secured in the hole and movable between a lifting position where the lifting connector can be coupled to a lifting device and a recessed position where at least part of the lifting connector is positioned farther from the exterior surface than when in the lifting position.

WEAR ASSEMBLY

A wear member for attaching to a digging edge of a bucket includes a front end and bifurcated legs extending rearwardly from the front end. Each leg includes an inner surface to face the digging edge, a rear wall, and a lock opening to receive a lock therethrough. At least one of the bifurcated legs includes a front portion, a rear portion, and a coupling feature. The rear portion defines a stabilizing region comprising a front facing lateral wall forward of the rear wall.
