COVERING SYSTEM WITH REDUCED RATTLING TENDENCY FOR FLUSH-MOUNTED CONTROLS
A covering system is provided having a cover, with a first mounting geometry at least partially running circumferentially around the cover, a carrier plate designed to attach the cover, a seal at least partially running circumferentially around the carrier plate, and an elastic mounting geometry that is formed on the seal. The first mounting geometry and the elastic mounting geometry are designed and arranged for positive engagement with each other.
TRIM SYSTEM FOR FLUID CONTROL VALVE AND METHOD OF INSTALLING TRIM SYSTEM FOR FLUID CONTROL VALVE
A method for installing a trim system for a fluid control valve mounted behind a wall and configured for use with a kitchen or bath fixture. The method includes positioning a locating ring against a trim assembly, where the locating ring has an adhesive layer on a rear surface thereof; coupling the trim assembly to the fluid control valve; pushing the trim assembly and locating ring toward the wall to bond the adhesive layer of the locating ring to the wall; removing the trim assembly from the locating ring; coupling a mounting bracket to the locating ring; securing the mounting bracket to the wall; and coupling the trim assembly to the mounting bracket.
Faucet with one-piece trim
A faucet trim assembly includes faucet body subassembly and a base subassembly removably coupled to the faucet body subassembly. The faucet body subassembly includes a spout, an escutcheon coupled to the spout, and a handle coupled to the escutcheon. The spout includes a first internal passageway. The base subassembly includes a valve cartridge that is removably coupled to the base subassembly. The valve cartridge is configured to control a flow of water through the spout. The base subassembly is configured to removably couple to a sink deck independently from the faucet body subassembly.
Universal rough-in valve manifold
A universal rough-in valve (20) includes a valve chamber (34) configured to receive a valve manifold (72). The universal rough-in valve includes a first valve inlet (22) configured to provide a pathway for fluid from a first supply line to the valve chamber and a second valve inlet (24) configured to provide a pathway for fluid from a second supply line to the valve chamber. The universal rough-in valve includes a first valve outlet (29) configured to provide a pathway for fluid from the valve chamber to a first outlet line, and a valve manifold (72) coupled to the valve chamber.
Faucet trim
A faucet trim is provided, wherein the faucet trim includes: a cover including a main body, a flange and a through hole, the flange projecting obliquely from a periphery of the through hole and being protrusive from the main body, the flange and the main body defining a receiving space therebetween; and a seal including a base and a projection projecting from the base, the projection and the base defining a groove in which the flange is engaged; wherein in the axial direction of the through hole, the base is not protrusive beyond the receiving space, the projection is located outside the receiving space, and the projection is partially overlapped with the through hole.
DEVICE FOR PREVENTING A FAUCET FROM LEAKING WATER AND FLOWING BACK
A device for preventing a faucet from leaking water and flowing back is disclosed, including an outer cover and an inner lining member, the inner lining member is provided in the outer cover. The outer cover is configured to cover a wall at a back end of the faucet to prevent water from flowing back, the inner lining member is provided with a plug hole for a water pipe to be plugged in, and the liner lining member is formed with a waterproof section on an outside of the plug hole to prevent water from flowing back into the wall. Through a combination design of the outer cover and the inner lining member and with assistance of an annular washer, thereby realizing effective shielding and waterproofing of the wall at the back end of the faucet.
