Toilet having a bidet shower
An improved toilet having a bidet shower includes a head and a hose. The toilet includes a tank and a generally elongated bowl with a bowl opening. The hose passes from a back side of the tank to a front side of the tank via a passage defined between a cover and a reservoir of the tank. A protective panel removably mounted to one of the toilet seat and the bowl, the protective panel extending at least in part downwardly in the bowl opening. Advantageously, the seat cover conceals at least a portion of the head of the bidet shower when the toilet seat and the seat cover are in a closed position and the bidet shower is not in use.
Liquids and viscoelastic material repellent and anti-biofouling coatings
A coated smooth surface of a substrate repels liquids and viscoelastic materials and can have anti-staining and anti-biofouling properties. The smooth surface can be coated by applying a chemical layer on the surface and a lubricant. Such coated surfaces are useful for use in toilets, urinals, or other devices for the processing of liquids and viscoelastic materials such as solid or semi-solid metabolic waste of human digestive system. Such coated surfaces can also be applied to windows for buildings or vehicles such as automobiles or camera lenses to repel liquids (e.g., rain), ice, frost, insect residues, and birds' feces.
Devices, systems and methods for protecting flooring beneath toilets
Methods, systems and devices for protecting flooring beneath a toilet having a toilet base set over a drain pipe in the flooring, including a device and system having a tray defining a hole configured to be positioned over the drain pipe, the tray having an outside perimeter edge surrounding the hole and defining a field which extends outward from the toilet base when the toilet is positioned upon the tray, and a liquid retainer configured for placement upon the field and having a first end portion to abut a first external area of the toilet base and a second end portion to abut a second external area of the toilet base. The tray may be cut with a scissors to universally match a variety of toilet bases and is of low profile to be undetectable or nearly undetectable (concealed) to a normal casual viewer. The field is configured to receive stray liquid from the toilet crossing a seep line while a side edge perimeter of the toilet is sealed.

Toilet bowl, flush toilet tank, pipe body, and pipe body laying method
In a toilet bowl composed of a plurality of resin-made components, at least one resin-made component includes a base material made of a foam synthetic resin, and a coating layer made of a polyurea resin covering a surface of the base material. A flush toilet tank includes a base material made of a foam synthetic resin molded in a tank shape, and a coating layer made of a polyurea resin covering a surface of the base material on an inner surface and an outer surface in the tank shape. A pipe body inserted, as a new pipe, into an aging already-existing pipe includes a base material made of a foam synthetic resin formed in a pipe shape, and a coating layer made of a polyurea resin covering a surface of the base material on an inner surface and an outer surface in the pipe shape.

FLUSH TOILET
A flush toilet includes a toilet main body, a flush water tank device, and connection conduits for supplying, to a toilet main body, flush water supplied from a reservoir tank. The reservoir tank includes a large tank portion on a large volume side in the reservoir tank when the reservoir tank is divided into two at the left-right center and a small tank portion on a small volume side in the reservoir tank when the reservoir tank is divided into two at the left-right center. The upstream end of one connection conduit is connected to the large tank portion and, on the other hand, the downstream end of the other connection conduit is connected to the other side of the toilet main body divided into two at the left-right center.
Filter system with an insulating body, insulating body, and method for manufacturing an insulating body
A filter system for filtering a fluid, in particular an air filter system, is provided with at least a filter element arranged in a filter housing that is provided with at least an inlet and an outlet for the fluid. An insulating body which is formed of a flat insulation material is arranged so as to surround and tightly enclose an outer contour of the filter housing. An insulating body and a method for manufacturing the insulating body are described.
