Spacer for positioning a rehabilitating pipe
A spacer is inserted into a space between an existing pipe and a rehabilitating pipe to adjust a position of the rehabilitating pipe with respect to the existing pipe. The spacer has an elongated shape with both end portions in a longitudinal direction thereof cut off at an oblique angle and has a transverse width increasing gradually from an upper surface portion to a bottom surface portion. A space is formed in the bottom surface portion to correspond to a shape of the upper surface portion, thereby allowing a number of the spacers to be stacked on one another in a thickness direction thereof. The upper surface portion has a flat-plate shape with a flat rectangular surface region.
Taper-wall riser with tab connectors
A plastic article useful as a riser assembly for a septic tank or as part of another structure is comprised of a multiplicity of identical shape conical wall plastic risers. The risers are attached to each other at joints by tabs which engage rim segments; each end of the riser has alternating tabs and rim segments. A riser assembly wall undulates in the lengthwise direction. The risers nest within each other for shipment or storage.
Travelling device for an apparatus for rehabilitating pipelines and such an apparatus
A travelling device for an apparatus for rehabilitating pipelines, including an adjustable undercarriage and a support device to which the undercarriage is fastened. The undercarriage includes a plurality of wheel sets, each wheel set having at least two wheels, wherein the wheels of a wheel set are rotatably mounted on a wheel holding element. The wheel holding element includes a spacer positioned intermediate the at least two wheels, the spacer configured so that the wheels of the wheel sets do not jam in the pipeline when moving the device.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REHABILITATING A HOST PIPE
A system for in situ rehabilitation of a corrugated culvert or other conduit includes a support frame coupled to an inner surface of the culvert. The support frame provides attachment points that are spaced away from the inner surface of the culvert. An assembly of interconnected longitudinal planks is coupled to the support frame and forms a liner within the culvert. Each longitudinal plank has an inwardly facing surface that forms a portion of an inner surface of the liner and an outwardly facing surface opposite the inwardly facing surface. At least one longitudinal protrusion extends away from the outwardly facing surface of each longitudinal plank. A layer of a cured cementitious grout material fills or substantially fills a space between the inner surface of the host pipe and the plurality of interconnected planks, and the at least one longitudinal protrusion of each longitudinal plank is embedded within the cured cementitious grout material.

METHOD OF MEASURING SLOPE OF DRAINPIPE
Proposed is a method of measuring the slope of a drainpipe while moving through the drainpipe. The method includes following steps: a) continuously measuring a slope of a pipe using a slope sensor disposed in a vehicle when the vehicle moves; b) measuring distances to a ceiling of the pipe in real time through non-contact sensors disposed at four positions, that is, at both sides of front and rear portions the vehicle, the step b) being performed simultaneously with the step a); and c) calculating slope differences, which are the degrees of inclination to the front, rear, left, and right using trigonometry and then correcting the slope by reflecting the slope differences to the slope measured in the step a), when there are differences in the distances measured in step b).
Adjustable fixtures for buried tubulars, forming tools for defining a hole in the adjustable fixtures, and methods of manufacturing the adjustable fixtures
Adjustable fixtures for buried tubulars, forming tools for defining a hole in the adjustable fixtures, and/or methods of manufacturing the adjustable fixtures. The adjustable fixtures include a fixture body and a plurality of spaced-apart holes extending between an upper surface of the fixture body and a lower surface of the fixture body. The adjustable fixtures also include a plurality of jack-screw-accepting threaded regions that at least partially defines the plurality of spaced-apart holes. The forming tools include a forming tool engagement structure, a threaded tool end region, and a hole-defining body. The methods include positioning a plurality of jack-screw-accepting threaded regions and a plurality of forming tools within a mold, filling a fixture-defining cavity of the mold with a composite material, curing the composite material, disengaging the plurality of forming tools from the plurality of jack-screw-accepting threaded regions, and removing the fixture body from the mold.
