PRE-FABRICATED SKELETAL FRAME FOR A ROOM
A pre-fabricated and pre-engineered integrated skeletal frame for a room is discussed. In an embodiment, the pre-fabricated and pre-engineered integrated skeletal frame is for an electrical room with its electrical equipment installed, wired up, and tested offsite in a factory. The pre-fabricated and pre-engineered integrated skeletal frame can have rigging components such as lifting eye hooks and temporary structural cross connect bracing for rigging. The prefabricated room can have electrical equipment mounted inside, wired up, and tested off site at the factory and then be shipped to the construction site.
HOUSE CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE
The present disclosure provides a house construction structure including: an odd-numbered floor, an even-numbered floor and outdoor private gardens. Living rooms of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, are vertically corresponding to each other; each living room is provided with one outdoor private garden. The outdoor private gardens of all living rooms of odd-floor houses which are vertically corresponding to each other, are vertically corresponding to each other and are located in an identical first direction; the outdoor private gardens of all living rooms of even-houses which are vertically corresponding to the odd-floor houses, are vertically corresponding to each other and are located in an identical second direction. Each living room of each house is located at an outer wall corner of each house; each living room of each house includes at least one outer wall corner and at least two adjacent outer walls in different directions, so that private gardens of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, are disposed on the two adjacent outer walls of the respective living rooms of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, and located in two different directions.
INTEGRATED CONSTRUCTION PORTAL
Method and system disclosed herein provides generating a three-dimensional construction grid based on a data file generated by an architectural software, wherein the three-dimensional grid includes three-dimensional position information of various structural building components; displaying the three-dimensional construction grid using a display device of a computing device; receiving information of various non-structural building components, the information including location of the non-structural building components on the three-dimensional grid; associating the non-structural building components to one or more of the structural components of the three-dimensional grid; and automatically generating a plurality of specifications for the non-structural building components.

The plurality of assemblies includes a plurality of building components that perform building functions. Assemblies are selected from the plurality of assemblies to form a plurality of units. The plurality of units includes studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units with different layouts of the selected assemblies. Units are selected from the plurality of units to form a plurality of blocks. The blocks are portions of a building. Blocks are selected to form the building based on a mix and layout of units. A method of designing a building system and a non-transitory computer-readable medium configured to perform steps to design a building system are also provided.
