Integrated construction portal
Method and system disclosed herein provides generating a three-dimensional construction grid based on a data file generated by an architectural software, wherein the three-dimensional grid includes three-dimensional position information of various structural building components; displaying the three-dimensional construction grid using a display device of a computing device; receiving information of various non-structural building components, the information including location of the non-structural building components on the three-dimensional grid; associating the non-structural building components to one or more of the structural components of the three-dimensional grid; and automatically generating a plurality of specifications for the non-structural building components.
Reproducible building structure
Methods for constructing and a building kit for use thereof are disclosed. The building kit includes a plurality of posts configured for embedding within square apertures of a foundation, wherein the posts have a cross-shaped cross-sectional shape, a plurality of cross-shaped cross-sectional shaped elongated members, and a plurality of enforcement joints configured to conform to the interior cross-sectional shape of the posts and the cross-shaped cross-sectional shaped elongated members.
Acoustic shell for stage performances
A method of erecting an acoustic shell for stage performances, the shell have frame defining a concave volume that is curved in two orthogonal planes and has an inner surface facing forwardly of a stage for a performance. A plurality of polygonal acoustic panels are positioned in the frame and spaced in rows and column along the inner surface, each panel having an outer acoustically active surface. The frame is formed of plural curved trusses each with a base for support on the stage and a peak. An oculus ring is connected to the peak of each arch and the bases of the arches are space along a bottom curve of the concave volume. The panels comprise plural adjacent blocks in rows and columns, each with a base and inner closed end, the length of each block being different for adjacent blocks.
OCTAHEDRAL RETICULATED STEREO MODULE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS
Reticulated stereo module for the construction of buildings of the type that uses elements of reticulated stereo octahedral type and quadrangular panels for the construction of walls, floors and ceilings, which consists of 4 upper diagonal bars, 4 lower diagonal bars, 4 horizontal bars in the center in a crosswise direction, and 1 strut bar placed between the lower vertex and the central node and/or 1 tension bar placed between the upper vertex and the central node.
Building
A building is provided, which includes a plurality of towers including a central tower and a plurality of peripheral towers, a plurality of connections and at least one intermediate body including a surface extension sufficient to contain at least one or more floors of the central tower and the floors of the peripheral towers at the same height.
Conductive concrete structure for doorless access to electromagnetic shielded structures
In an example, a conductive concrete structure disclosed. The conductive concrete can include a plurality of conductive side structures defining an interior of the conductive concrete structure and a plurality of conductive concrete partitions disposed within the interior of the conductive concrete structure. The plurality of conductive concrete partitions are arranged to define a labyrinth within the conductive concrete structure.
Construction method for foldable polyhedral enclosures
A foldable structure comprised of hinged panel segments is provided. These segments are comprised of a first panel pair comprised of a first and second polygonal panel, and a second panel pair comprised of a third and fourth polygonal panel. Segments are bounded by a first boundary plane defined by two sides of the first panel pair, and a second boundary plane defined by two sides of the second panel pair, Measurement of a boundary angle may be taken normal to the intersection of the first and second boundary planes. As the segment is continuously folded between a first position and a second position, said boundary angle remains substantially constant during folding.
Portable, protective shelter
A shelter includes: at least two side walls; a back wall; and a roof, wherein the side walls, the back wall, and the roof comprise a material that is weatherproof and insulated, and wherein the shelter is collapsible, detachable, and portable. The shelter can also include at least two side walls, wherein an upper end of the at least two side walls conjoin to form a roof. The shelter is lightweight, detachable, and portable. The shelter can be weatherproof and insulated for permanently or temporarily housing people and/or animals. The shelter can be transported to a desired location and assembled on-site with ease. When the use of the shelter is no longer desired, the shelter can be quickly disassembled and transported to another location.
