Plant cultivation system using trolley conveyor
A plant cultivation system. The system utilizes a trolley conveyor for transport of plants in plant containers. The trolley conveyor uses straight runs of track connected by curved track portions. The straight runs of track of the trolley conveyor are spaced closely together. The trolley conveyor is used to move plant containers to a workshop for planting, fertilization, watering, cultivation, and harvesting of plants or portions thereof, and for packaging of plants or portions thereof for shipment.
GREENHOUSE
A process for conditioning the air within a greenhouse comprising transparent walls and a structure including one or more ridge beams as part of a roof of the greenhouse. The process comprises maintaining a pressure difference between an average pressure within the greenhouse and a pressure exterior to the greenhouse, taking in air from the exterior of the greenhouse and mixing this air with air taken from the interior of the greenhouse to obtain conditioned air, distributing the conditioned air via a forced flow to the interior of the greenhouse, and discharging a volume of air from the interior of the greenhouse via openings present in the one or more ridge beams such to maintain the pressure difference.
Cover system and method for retractable buildings
An extendable cover system and method for extending a cover over an opening is provided. The system includes a plurality of panels oriented horizontally and stacked vertically at a side of the opening, with each panel held by a corresponding panel holding arm. One or more guide rails extend across the opening to receive the panels. A panel moving mechanism moves the panels one-by-one onto the one or more guide rails. Each time a panel is deployed, the panel holding arms are lifted vertically to align a next panel with the guide rails, the next panel is then deployed, and the process continues until the opening is covered.
Apparatus For Converting Motion
An assembly for converting motion comprises a first arm and a second arm rotatable about first and second fixed pivots; a third arm pivotably connected to the second arm; a first connecting arm pivotably connected to and extending between the first arm and the third arm; a second connecting arm pivotably connected to and extending between the first arm and the second arm; and a locking assembly comprising a first locking member and a second locking member, the first locking member connected to one of the arms and engaging with the second locking member at one or more positions from the retracted position to the extended position. The assembly may comprise a guide assembly comprising a guide member and an engagement member moveably engageable with the guide member.
Removable roof device
The removable roof system includes a set of guy ropes (10), each of the guy ropes extending between a top anchor point (2) and a bottom anchor point (3) of a structure to be covered, a velum (1) mobile between a deployed configuration in which the velum covers the structure to be covered and a retracted configuration in which the structure to be covered is uncovered, and a set of carriages (20) to which the velum is attached, arranged so as to be moved along the guy ropes of the set of guy ropes between the top and bottom anchor points in order to cause the velum to pass between its deployed and retracted configurations and comprising for each of the guy ropes of the set of guy ropes at least one motorized carriage, at least one motorized carriage cooperating with the associated guy rope by meshing or by alternating wedging.
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ROOF STRUCTURE FOR SCREENED ENCLOSURES OF SWIMMING POOLS, SPAS OR PATIOS
A pressure-sensitive relief panel for screened enclosures of swimming pools, spas or patios is disclosed. By securing the panels with a pressure release system the structure and panels can remain intact year round. If a weather event occurs either with or without warning the panels will automatically provide relief from loads or forces imposed by the event that could cause damage or even collapse of the structure.
REMOVABLE AND RE-ATTACHABLE ROOF SYSTEM FOR MODULAR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
The present disclosure describes a residential dwelling unit designed for vertical expansion by way of a removable and re-attachable roof system. By removing certain components of the original dwelling unit's roof, that same structure can be converted into the floor of a subsequent vertical addition. Specific components that were removed from the original roof are then re-attached on top of the vertical addition.

Trolley conveyor
A trolley conveyor. The trolley conveyor includes: a tubular rail track having a slotted opening at the top. A trolley chain installed to move in the rail track. A hanger is provided for suspending therebelow objects to be transported. The hanger includes a connector at the upper end thereof which extends downward to toward the center of the trolley chain. The trolley chain includes vertical and horizontal rollers in chain units, with vertical rollers in one chain unit and horizontal rollers in an adjacent chain unit. The chain units are pivotally connected for up and down and side to side motion within the track. While the trolley chain moves, the connector avoids contact with the ends of the slot in the track. Thus, the trolley conveyor prevents the generation of noise and foreign substances. Also, the trolley conveyor prevents transfer of dirt, oil, and debris to an object being transported.
