Method and structure for increasing usable space in a parking lot
A method of increasing usable space in a parking lot. A support assembly and an access system are erected. A module is placed on the support assembly in one piece or section-by-section. There is an accessible volume of space below the module that is sufficient to allow an automobile to park in a parking space below the module or to allow an automobile to drive in a drive aisle below the module. The module is removably connected to the support assembly. The module may include a frame and a covering coupled to the frame. The support assembly may include portions positioned between adjacent parking spaces of the parking lot. One portion of the support assembly may be positioned on one side of a drive aisle with another portion of the support assembly positioned on the opposite side of the drive aisle.
Pet bed and step system
The pet bed and step system has multiple components that may be used separately or in combination to provide a raised pet bed having steps or stairs leading to the pet bed. The pet bed and step system includes a foldable base that may be used by itself as a pet bed, or with the rear portion folded up to form a two-step assembly. A step assembly may be mounted on the base and releasably secured thereto by releasable fasteners, such as a zipper, hook-and-loop, or snap fasteners. The step assembly includes at least one intermediate step and a top step, the top step being configured as a luxury pet bed, having a U-shaped bolster around a portion of its periphery and a cushioned pad removably attached to its top surface.

Prefabricated stairs modular assembly mold and assembling method thereof
A prefabricated stair modular assembly mold comprises a base, a step standard module, an upside module of a lower platform, an underside rotating module of a lower platform, an upside module of an upper platform, an underside rotating module of an upper platform, an underside common module, and an underside adjustment modules. Prefabricated stair molds of different dimensions are formed by means of locating holes provided in the assembling modules, and are then fixed by means of sliding holes at two ends. Further disclosed is a mounting method for said assembly mold. Said assembly mold has high positioning accuracy, and small accumulated error, improving the mounting efficiency of the prefabricated staircase mold.
Aerated concrete-hybrid construction element
An aerated concrete-hybrid construction element comprises a plurality of support structure profiles integrated therein and arranged parallel to one another at a distance from one another. The support structure profiles have a rib running transversely to the plane of the construction element, each with a respective support structure limb angled in the same direction away from the plane of the rib and running parallel or approximately parallel to the adjacent outer surface of the construction element. The support structure limbs of the support structure profiles are cast into an aerated-concrete layer extending over the length of the support structure limbs in their juxtaposed arrangement.
A STAIRLIFT CHAIR
A stairlift chair has a hand control displaceable in a fore/aft direction. Other aspects include a hand control which is mounted at a point beneath the armrest and a fabric covering which is applied to the armrests and the backrest support.
Moveable stair systems and methods
The present disclosure relates to stair systems and methods for allowing stair movement between building levels while maintaining the structural integrity of the stair system for safe egress passage. The systems and methods of the present disclosure allow for independent movement of the surrounding building walls, landings, floor slabs, and/or any other portion of the surrounding building structure or stair system. The embodiments of the present disclosure are suitable for use in both new constructions as well as in existing constructions for retrofit applications to allow for movement between levels, landings, or within stairwell structures. The present disclosure reduces stair damage during building movement whether it is from wind, thermal, or seismic activity, and/or any other type of suitable force or experience, as the present disclosure allows for directional movement, or a combination thereof, including tension and compression, lateral, or vertical movement.
Freestanding Modular Spiral Staircase
A freestanding, adjustable, modular spiral staircase embodied in a unique method of spiral staircase design is provided. The steps of the spiral staircase are arrayed and supported in a circular pattern around a central column with the outside edges or leading or trailing corners of the steps are supported by three peripheral columns, while step posts interconnect adjacent steps. Many parts are interchangeable and the steps adjustable to allow for shortening or lengthening the staircase. The base of the staircase unit is heavy to provide maximum stability and to prevent tipping.

Hidden construction bracket and related method
A bracket and related method to construct stairways is provided. The bracket includes a top horizontal leg having a first width and a first spacer of a first dimension and a second spacer of a smaller second dimension, and a vertical leg joined with the top leg, the vertical leg having a first height, with a ratio of the first width to the first height being at least 1:2. The method can include placing the top leg adjacent an underside of stair boards, selectively altering or not altering the first spacer based on a preselected gap between the boards, fastening the top leg to the underside of the boards with fasteners while the first spacer and/or the second spacer maintains the preselected gap, placing the bracket vertical leg adjacent a stringer, and fastening the vertical leg to the stringer, optionally while the installer remains above the stairway and stringer.
