MODULAR STAIRCASE
Disclosed is a modular staircase suitable for use in a structure. The staircase comprises at least one stringer having an elongate axis. The stringer is configured for extending between a first floor of the structure and a second floor of the structure. The stringer has a box-section profile and at least two flanges projecting from a first wall of the stringer profile. The staircase further comprises at least one spigot configured for mounting with the at least two flanges such that an axis of the spigot can extend at an angle with respect to the stringer elongate axis. The staircase further comprises at least one tread support for coupling to the stringer via the at least one spigot. When the angle of the spigot axis is adjusted relative to the stringer elongate axis, the tread support is able to be orientated at an angle relative to the stringer in-use.
Staircase handrail support device
A staircase handrail support device removably connected to a staircase to facilitate installation of a handrail, the staircase handrail support device including a telescopic pole, a base connected to at least a portion of a first end of the telescopic pole to stabilize the telescopic pole on the staircase, a first miter gauge pivotally disposed on at least a portion of the first end of the telescopic pole to indicate a first angle of the telescopic pole with respect to the base, and a second miter gauge pivotally disposed on at least a portion of a second end of the telescopic pole to receive the handrail thereon and indicate a second angle of the telescopic pole with respect to the second miter gauge.

Floor-transition setting systems
A modular system for setting flooring transitions with adequate pressure during setup and curing of adhesive. The floor-transition-setting system includes a plurality of members such as a connector-body, a plurality of extension-bodies, a plurality of leg-members, and a plurality of pressure-feet. The connector-tubular-body being in functional and adjustable combination with each of the plurality of female-push-button-couplers. Each of the plurality of extension-bodies has a male-push-button-adjuster-coupler and an extension-tubular-body. The system may include one or more assemblies and may be configured without the use of tools.
MODULAR LEVEL ACCESS STRUCTURES
Level access structures including a first module and a second module. The first module includes first sidewalls defining a first open shaft with a first top end and a first bottom end opposite the first top end. The second module includes second sidewalls defining a second open shaft with a second top end and a second bottom end opposite the second top end. The second module is complementarily configured with the first level access module. The second module is configured to selectively couple to the first module with the second open shaft aligned with the first open shaft to define a continuous open shaft. The continuous open shaft is configured to contain a level access system.
