HIGH CAPACITY PLATFORMS AND CAGE MOUNT ASSEMBLIES
The present disclosure describes a high capacity platform, the platform comprising a frame, the frame comprising an elongate, hollow main support member of rectangular cross-section, the main support member having a length, a width, and a height; and a plurality of elongate, hollow auxiliary support members attached orthogonally to the main support member, each auxiliary support member having a length, a width, and a height; a mounting plate coupled to an end of the main support member; at least two grating edge members coupled to the auxiliary support members; and a grating, wherein the grating is supported by the two grating edge members, the auxiliary support members, and the main support member. High capacity cage mount assemblies and platform assemblies are also described.
HIGH CAPACITY PLATFORMS AND CAGE MOUNT ASSEMBLIES
The present disclosure describes a high capacity platform, the platform comprising a frame, the frame comprising an elongate, hollow main support member of rectangular cross-section, the main support member having a length, a width, and a height; and a plurality of elongate, hollow auxiliary support members attached orthogonally to the main support member, each auxiliary support member having a length, a width, and a height; a mounting plate coupled to an end of the main support member; at least two grating edge members coupled to the auxiliary support members; and a grating, wherein the grating is supported by the two grating edge members, the auxiliary support members, and the main support member. High capacity cage mount assemblies and platform assemblies are also described.
Support member for joinable scaffolding planks
A support member is provided for joining scaffolding plank segments comprising a first support surface for supporting a first scaffolding plank segment and a second support surface parallel to the first support surface for supporting a second scaffolding plank segment. A joining member joins the first and second plank segments, a first retainer is provided for retaining the first scaffolding plank segment on the first support surface and a second retainer for retaining the second scaffolding plank segment on the second support surface. A system is further provided comprising at least two scaffolding plank segments and a bracket, such as that described above, for supporting an end of each of the segments.
Support member for joinable scaffolding planks
A support member is provided for joining scaffolding plank segments comprising a first support surface for supporting a first scaffolding plank segment and a second support surface parallel to the first support surface for supporting a second scaffolding plank segment. A joining member joins the first and second plank segments, a first retainer is provided for retaining the first scaffolding plank segment on the first support surface and a second retainer for retaining the second scaffolding plank segment on the second support surface. A system is further provided comprising at least two scaffolding plank segments and a bracket, such as that described above, for supporting an end of each of the segments.
Scaffold Planks
A first scaffold plank member having a board like member having a top surface, first and second opposing end edges and a first and second opposing side edges; a first and second side rails, the side rail attached to the board like member near the respective side edges, each respective side rail extending downwardly from the top surface, each side rail having an inward and an outward facing surface, positioned near both the first and second opposing end edges, a first and second clips separated by a distance from one another, the first and second clips extending outwardly from the respective end edges, each clip having a terminating downwardly projecting lip, and a channel section located between the lip and the respective end edge, the channel section shaped to engage a horizontal scaffold member; a series of slots through the top surface, said series of slots positioned near the first side edge, each slot of said series of slots having a portion of the slot positioned inwardly of the inward facing surface, each slot being sized to accept a portion of a clip through the slot, two of said slots are separated a distance to accept two clips on a second scaffold board whereby, if a portion of a second scaffold plank's first and second clips are inserted through these slots, so that the second scaffold plank is supported by the first scaffold plank.
Scaffold Planks
A first scaffold plank member having a board like member having a top surface, first and second opposing end edges and a first and second opposing side edges; a first and second side rails, the side rail attached to the board like member near the respective side edges, each respective side rail extending downwardly from the top surface, each side rail having an inward and an outward facing surface, positioned near both the first and second opposing end edges, a first and second clips separated by a distance from one another, the first and second clips extending outwardly from the respective end edges, each clip having a terminating downwardly projecting lip, and a channel section located between the lip and the respective end edge, the channel section shaped to engage a horizontal scaffold member; a series of slots through the top surface, said series of slots positioned near the first side edge, each slot of said series of slots having a portion of the slot positioned inwardly of the inward facing surface, each slot being sized to accept a portion of a clip through the slot, two of said slots are separated a distance to accept two clips on a second scaffold board whereby, if a portion of a second scaffold plank's first and second clips are inserted through these slots, so that the second scaffold plank is supported by the first scaffold plank.
Scaffold System
A scaffold system comprising a set of components adapted for assembly of a scaffold section. The components are at least two frame components, each having at least two vertical members separated by at least two interconnecting members, the at least two vertical members comprising a socket; two or more brace components adapted to span between and connect to the two side frame components; at least four corner pole components, each adapted to connect with the socket of a vertical member; and a plurality of support rail components adapted to span between two pole components.
Scaffold System
A scaffold system comprising a set of components adapted for assembly of a scaffold section. The components are at least two frame components, each having at least two vertical members separated by at least two interconnecting members, the at least two vertical members comprising a socket; two or more brace components adapted to span between and connect to the two side frame components; at least four corner pole components, each adapted to connect with the socket of a vertical member; and a plurality of support rail components adapted to span between two pole components.
Stair and walkway system and method
Disclosed is an arrangement including a staircase as well as walkway systems. The staircase includes a transitional member, and the walkways incorporate grate supports in order to facilitate the connection to adjacent structures. The arrangement also utilizes angled members which are configured with a reinforced flange existing in a dimension that has higher load requirements than the other flange. A novel step configuration is also disclosed.
